漳州科技学院概况
Introduction of Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology 漳州科技职业学院总投资人民币2.5亿元，是经省教育厅颁发办学许可证、国家教育部备案的全日制高职高专院校，也是全球第一所茶专业高等院校。学院下设四个学院：商学院、生物科技学院、文化创意学院、茶学院。目前已开设茶叶生产加工技术、食品加工技术、茶文化、市场开发与营销、旅游管理、多媒体设计与制作、食品营养与检测、国际经济与贸易、商务英语、连锁经营管理、食品加工技术、食品生物技术、物流管理以及艺术设计（陶瓷与茶具艺术方向）等二十六个专业。其中，茶文化专业与茶叶生产加工技术专业是我校重点专业，也是我国开展国际茶文化交流的重要窗口。我校还设有国际交流与合作处、成教中心，专门负责国内外培训、国内外交流合作等业务。学校现有教职工260人，教师多来自国内著名大学的博士、硕士，其中教授、副教授等副高级以上职称19人，专任教师82人，还有数名来自海外的特聘教授。
我校校址在福建省漳浦县盘陀镇，占地80公亩，校园总面积1300亩，校舍建筑面积17万平方米，分为五大功能区域：教学办公区、后勤生活区、体育运动区、活动交流区和实验茶园区。教学办公区包括教学大楼、系馆、实验室、行政楼和图书馆，教室宽敞明亮，教学设施先进，实验设备齐全，图书馆藏书丰富；后勤生活区包括教授别
墅、教工宿舍、留学生公寓、学生宿舍和学生餐厅，其中留学生公寓作为本次培训的专用大楼，内有星级标房、会议室、教室、活动室、保卫室、医务室和国交处办公室，档次高，功能全，管理服务方便，安保工作有力；体育运动区包括篮球场、网球场、健身房、标准四百米塑胶跑道运动场；活动交流区包括天鹅湖宾馆、天鹅湖中西餐厅、茶庄、超市和温泉洗浴中心，天鹅湖餐厅环境优雅、安全卫生，是当地市、县政府接待贵宾指定餐厅，本次学员用餐由天鹅湖餐厅采用自助餐的方式承办，食品安全和质量均有充分保障；实验茶园区有四百多亩茶园，供学校师生教学、研究、实验之用，并有三十亩世界品种茶园，种植各国茶叶七十多种，为学生提供了最直接的茶叶生产实训条件。
Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology, endowed by a large financial investment is the first college in the world dedicated to the development of tea and other related fields, already approved by Fujian People’s Government and Ministry of Education. The following four schools have been set up: Business School, School of Biological Science & Technology, Cultural & Creative School, Tea School, is including 26 majors as follows: Accounting and Auditing, Accounting Computerization, Business English, Tourism Management, Market Development and Marketing, International Economy and Trade, Logistics Management, Chain Management, Tea Culture, Art
Design, Multimedia Design and Production, Construction Management, Construction Cost, Food Processing Technology, Food Biotechnology, Food Nutrition and Detection, Tea Manufacturing and Processing Technology, Sightseeing Agriculture etc., the key majors in the college are the ideal majors for international culture exchange. The college also has Adult Education Department and International Exchanges and Cooperation Department, which are especially responsible for training projects. The college has a faculty of 260, most of the professors, associate professors and lecturers are well known with some from the United States, South Korea, and as well as from prestigious universities in China. Nineteen of them have the senior title and Eighty-two of them are full-time teachers, also several specially engaged professors from abroad.
Located in the city Pantuo, Zhangpu of Fujian Province, the campus covers an area of 80 hectares with 135,000 square meters completed. The campus can be divided into five areas: teaching & administrative area, rear service area, sports area, activity communication area and field work tea garden. Teaching & Administrative Area, the core part of the college, is made up of the teaching building, laboratory building, administrative
building, library and four other buildings for five departments. Rear Service Area is composed of the professors’ villas, teaching personnel’s dormitories, students’ dormitories, canteen and the building for international students. Sports Area includes a gym, a 400 meter track-and-field area and courts for basketball, volleyball, tennis and other sports. Activity Communication Area, in an area of 17.000 square meters, near the schoo l gate includes a shopping mall, students’ activity center, hotel and restaurant and the like. Library has more than 33,000 books and more than 500 newspaper and magazine subscriptions. Run by computerized management system, it is connected to the campus by digital Internet. In the reference room, there is an OPEC book-searching zone for readers to find the books or periodicals they need. Laboratory includes the following three buildings: tea experiment building, biology experiment building and physical & chemical experiment building. The college boasts convenient transportation and advanced teaching facilities. At the school gate, there is a shopping mall, restaurant, and a three-starred hotel. The college holds large tea garden areas and numerous training bases for students to carry out their internship. The college
provides every student with a small plot of land to cultivate their ability to plant and produce tea.

海内外学术交流
Academic Exchange in and out of the Nation
2007年9月29日，由漳州科技学院和天仁茶艺文化基金会共同发起的2007年茶学教育国际论坛在新建的茶学院国际会议大厅隆重开幕。来自日本、韩国、美国以及海峡两岸的茶学专家、茶学院师生300余人出席开幕式，并听取论文报告。
论坛组委会收到了世界各国和国内两岸三地专家学者论文近60篇。论文内容丰富，观点鲜明，论述精辟。作者面涉及老、中、青三代茶人和茶文化、茶教育各界，很多出自大师手笔。
韩国釜山女子大学，圆光数码大学、济州道茶道协会，台湾天仁茶艺文化基金会，马来西亚国际茶文化协会，在学院创校期间，举行国际茶道交流，300多位参加论坛的代表与茶道交流来宾，茶学院师生代表，观看了他们精彩的茶道表演。
加强海峡两岸茶学术教育研讨，学院与台湾永达职业技术学院建立正式合作交流关系。两院互相承认学分，交流教师，互派学生。同时与醒吾技术学院和元培科技大学等也建立初步联系。
美国、加拿大的集团海外分支机构，已向学院预定首届60名优秀毕业生到当地工作。
Launched by Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology and Tenren Teaism Cultural Fund Organization, the 2007
International Teaism Education Forum was held in the college’s international meeting hall, September 29th, 2007. Tea specialists from Japan, Korean, American and other regions attended the forum.
The forum committee received nearly 60 papers on tea all over the world, from scholars of all ages, background, tea culture and teaism education.
Taiwan’s Tenren Teaism Culture Fund Organization, Malaysia International Teaism Association and three other groups from Korean staged a teaism exchange and performance during the college’s opening ceremony.
The college as well set up a cooperative program with Taiwan’s Yongda Vocational Technical College, to exch ange teachers and students. In the future, the college will also collaborate with two other colleges in Taiwan.
Chain stores in America and Canada have reserved 60 opportunities for excellent graduates and their international business development.
大专课程学历申请资格
Application Qualification for College School Record 按照目前我校的有关规定，外国留学生入学不需要参加统一的入学考试，但需提供必要的资料进行入学资格审查。
资格条件：父母都是外国人的外国学生或华裔子女；在外国修完小学、中学、高中所有课程的外国学生或华裔子女。
学历要求：在国内或国外高中教课课程毕业者；在国外修完三2年以上的全部教育课程者。
报名条件：护照复印件、高中毕业证书、成绩单、推荐信（或大学在学证明）。
International students are exempt from admissions testing given the necessary paperwork is provided to confirm qualifications.
Application Qualification: students whose parents are non Chinese or Chinese origin and have finished all the courses of primary school, middle school and senior high school. Requirements of School Record: persons completed senior high school courses inland or abroad; persons who finished all the 3 years of educational courses abroad.

Application Procedure
1．申请者通过信函、电子邮件、电话、传真向学校索取《漳州科技学院外国（海外）留学生入学申请表》和《外国人体格检查记录表》（学习期限不超过六个月者，不需要体格检查记录）。也可在我校招生网页下载表格。
2．申请者填写《漳州科技学院外国（海外）留学生入学申请表》并在所在国（地）医院进行体格检查。将填写好的申请表、体格检查记录表及其它必要的申请材料最迟在入学前1个月，一起邮寄或传真至漳州科技学院招生办公室。
3．学校审核申请者入学资格，向录取者寄发《录取通知书》和《外国（海外）留学人员来华签证申请表》。
4．申请者本人持《录取通知书》和《外国（海外）留学人员来华签证申请表》到中国驻外使领事馆办理来华学习签证（X签证，学习期限在180天以上者）或访问签证（F签证，学习期限在180天以下者）。5．申请者按《录取通知书》要求的期限，按时到漳州科技学院国际交流与合作处报到注册。
1. Applicants may request the Overseas Students Enrollment Application Form of Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology and Foreigners Physical Check Form from Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology by letter, email, telephone and fax, (study term less than 6 months do not need the Foreigners Physical Check Form). They can also be downloaded from the college’s admission website as well.
2. Applicants fill in the application forms and get the physical check in your local hospital. Please send or fax the application form, physical check form and other necessary application materials to Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology Admission Office at least 1 month before the beginning of the semester.
3. The college verifies enrollment of applicants, and will deliver the Admission Notice and Oversea Student Visa Request
Form.
4. Applicants will need to apply for a visa to study in China (VISA X, study term is more than 180 days) and another visa for visiting China (VISA F, study term is less than 180 days) from the nearest Chinese Consulate. Students will need to bring the Admission Notice and Oversea Students Enrollment Application Form of Zhangzhou College of Science & Technology the Consulate.
5. Applicants will need to register at the International Exchange and Cooperate Centre at the time the Admission Notice stipulates.

【留学生海归求职】我是如何进入HR咨询的 ●●● 上一家公司属于「自成体系」的HR咨询，知乎上这方面的回答好像也不多，就顺着展开来讲讲，分享一下自己「如何进入HR咨询」。 分享的范围仅限于四大外资HR咨询公司：Mercer（美世）、Aon Hewitt（怡安翰威特）、Towers Watson（韬睿惠悦）和HayGroup（合益集团）。其他内资咨询也有HR咨询业务，如正略均策、和君、北大纵横、华夏基石等等，由于并不熟悉，在此不表。 有幸服务过这四家外资HR咨询中的两家，也参加过另外两家的面试。从实习到离开HR 咨询，前后一共5年时间。 先简单说说我对HR咨询招聘要求（含专业能力、能力和性格）的理解： 如其他咨询模块一样，人力资源咨询对从业人员本身专业也是没有限制的。各家对顾问的要求也是很相似，我总结了一下，加上个人理解，最主要的是以下几条（仅针对应届毕业生）： ?逻辑思维：这是作为一个顾问最基本的要求，说的话，写的报告都要体现出你的逻辑 ?团队协作：因为一般都是以团队形式开展，大家经常呆在一块儿，免不了各种沟通与合作。这种沟通合作除了项目组内部，也涉及到公司内部资源协调及外部客户沟通?洞察力：你可以滔滔不绝，你可以很少说话，但是内容一定要有洞见（Insight）?加分项：不是对每个人都会做同样的要求，但是有的话绝对会加分，比如：成就动机、领导力、影响力、商业敏感、客户导向、责任心、同理心等等 以上的这些素质都是可以在顾问工作中锻炼的，以后在其他工作中也同样适用。如果要说到知识技能性的东西，我想无非以下几种： ?PPT、Excel和Word的技巧 ?各个人力资源模块的专业知识，比如岗位评估、薪酬设计、绩效指标分解等 ?行业的宏观视角或最佳实践（当然随着现代信息交流渠道越来越广，这点的优势在逐渐消失） 下面分享一下我个人的经历：

一、留心安全警报提升应变能力 在美国留学，首先要对自身安全足够重视，比如留心所处环境的安全隐患。许多美国的大学为了营造安全环境，经常会发出“警报”，告诫学生哪些地方不安全，或者贴出警方正在搜捕一些危险分子等的信息。如果留学生们对此毫不留心，往往会身处险境而不知。 因此，在美留学生要提高应对突发安全事件的能力。就拿此次中国女留学生江玥遇害一事来说，一名当地社会安全专家在谈到此案时表示，如果当时受害人“冷静应对”，或许可避免不幸的发生。据报道，受害者的男朋友事后表示，江玥本是“有可能走掉的”，但由于是第一次遇到这样的事，在慌乱中挂上了N 档，等再换成D档时，嫌犯就已经开枪了。 美国是一个车轮上的国家，超过一半的人曾爆发过“路怒”，轻者飙脏话，严重者则会突然加速或刹车，恐吓对方，甚至进行暴力攻击。在美留学生开车也很普遍，因此专家建议，遭遇“路怒”族首先要注意观察，迅速判断对方有无不正常的精神情况，有无安全风险，然后冷静应对，控制好自己的情绪，平和合理解决问题，避免激化矛盾，切忌任性而为、得理不饶人。如果对方一味纠缠，可以报警处理。通常状况下，不要轻易下车，要关好车窗；如果下车，也要与对方保持一定距离；事后不要直接开车回家，避免被对方跟踪甚至报复。 在美国遭遇“路怒”更需多一份小心。“美式路怒”常常与枪支、吸毒、酗酒等问题纠缠在一起，增大了安全风险。美国是一个“拥枪”国家，社会上的枪支比美国人口数量还多，许多州许可“隐蔽带枪”，有的甚至已允许公开携枪上街。有关数字显示，美国11%的司机在车里常备枪支，攻击性驾驶行为导致的车祸中，有37%都涉及枪支。一旦发现对方有枪，应随时注意观察对方动向，并及时采取应急措施，如开车迅速离开等；如果已经下车，最好站到隔车与对方相对的地方，先借车身掩护自己，争取妥善处理的时间。 二、知法守法学会同警察打交道 此外，在美留学生应增强法律意识。留学生法律意识薄弱也容易导致安全问题。专家们说，在美国，留学生学法、懂法、守法是非常重要的，并且也要注意美国的风俗人情以及警察执法方式与中国有所不同。 留学生在美国留学难免会遭遇警察，比如开车违规等。留学问题专家表示，在这个时候，一定要按有关警察的要求去做，以免发生误解引发本可避免的安全悲剧。比如，在开车中被警察叫停，应尽快安全地靠边停车，坐在车中等待警察过来查检，手要放在方向盘上，以便让警察看到；警察没让你下车，最好不要自己下车；在警察没有让你出示驾照或车辆登记材料时不要擅做主张，去摸口袋或在车上翻找，警察会怀疑你是在掏枪或凶器，可以随时向你开枪。在这种情况下，警察几乎是完全没有责任的。

外国人眼中的xx 留学生 在美国学习的外国学生， 2011 年中国占世界第一位： 总人数 12.8万，中国留学生带来的花费大概 31 亿美元，随着人数的增加，影响力和出事率也增大。 前几天，有感于加拿大华裔留学生林俊惨案的启发，写了博文： xx 留学生在海外该怎样保护自己？ 很多博友在评论区踊跃留言，发表自己的看法。很多人提到，中国留学生在海外是一个弱势群体，同时有些留学生也很难融入当地社会，这其中，有地域文化的差别因素，也有留学生自身的问题。 留学生到了国外，并不是每个人都适应，有些人如鱼得水，游刃有余，有些人很不习惯，度日如年。 学业的繁重，生活习惯截然不同，文化难以融合，再加上语言问题，导致有些留学生困在自己中国同学的圈子里，没法融入到美国当地的文化中。 问题到底出在哪？俺高娓娓不是社会学家，也不是专家学者，只是听到一下说法，看到一些报道。 那些中国留学生身边的老外们，是怎么看中国留学生的呢？或许我们也能从他们的眼中看到自己的不足。 看到 yahoo 上一篇报道，讲几点老外关于中国留学生的评价，不完全准确，但很有意思。 评价一： 读书用功，看重成绩，却缺乏创造力 美国学生认为中国学生学习太用功，对考试过于重视，对创造力和独立思考却不注重。只顾埋头学习，却对自己的人生和将来缺乏思考。 有一个老外说，中国学生都是“用功狂”。他们学校的老师有时候会列出一些建议阅读的书目，但经常都是只有中国学生会认真看完的。而且中国学生的总分却还是
比不上外国学生，因为他们不会积极地参加课堂讨论，那也占分数的 50%。 我有几个教授朋友，他们也和我聊过，说中国学生不太喜欢在课堂讨论不太喜欢发言。 其实很多时候并不是他们不知道说什么，而是不敢说。网上有一个留学生说： 课堂讨论时，我经常知道问题答案或有个不错的点子，但憋死也不举手说，当老师把目光转移到我身上时，我却或装痴呆状，或做羞涩状，等到老师把这个话题结束了，才后悔刚才没说两句露露脸儿。
美国人很喜欢聚会，经常在自己或朋友家开办各种派对，各种主题，各种玩法，其中免不了喝酒和整人逗趣的小游戏。但奇怪的是，很多老美学生，很少邀请中国留学生参加这种聚会。 因为他们担心中国留学生会不习惯他们的玩法。毕竟，大多数中国学生思想还是非常保守。
