【摘要】社会经济的快速发展和信息化时代的到来对医学人才提出更高要求，医学生应具有较强的自主学习、终身学习、沟通和团结协作能力以及创新思维和解决临床问题的能力。面对需求，在不同时期，针对以教师讲授为基础的传统医学教学模式产生了多种新模式，如以问题为中心的教学模式、以案例为导向的教学模式、以资源为基础的学习和以研究为基础的教学模式。它们各具特色，医学院校应根据实际合理使用，取长补短，培养高素质的复合型人才。%With the rapid development of society and economy , and information era need high-quality medical talents . Medical students should have enough autonomous learning ,lifelong learning ,communication and cooperation abilities , innovative thought and the ability of solving clinical problems .At different period ,many reforms about traditional teaching mode appeared because of the demand .Such as problem-based learning ,case-based learning ,resources-based learning and research-based learning possess ,there are different characteristics .Medical colleges should adopt these modes according to the actualities ,to make up for each other’s deficiencies for training high-quality synthetic talents .
