Nowadays, study abroad has increasingly become a hottopic in campus w ith the improvement of the people’s life standard and the fastdevelopment of student exchange programs. However, there are some differentviews about going abroad to study.

With the development of the technology , lately years, most college are expanding. I think this is the tend of the social development. But there are a series problem that the expansion of higher education lead to. For example: The expanding students' diathesis is nor according with the higher education, besides , education resource can not keep up with the expansion , so all these lead to another problem--many graduate can nor find job . The technology and social is developing , for promoting our country people's diathesis 'expansion of higher education had became a necessity strategy .
