(一)对重点内容和疑难问题进行合作探究学习。

1.Who’s it by? It’s by Strauss. 意思是“_______________________________”

这里的by是介词,意思是“由……创作(编著、导演、作曲等)“。

例:这是莎士比亚写的一部戏剧。It’s a play ________ Shakespeare.

2.What’s it called? 意思是:______________________

“be called”意思是“被叫”,“be+动词的过去分词”是被动语态谓语动词的构成。

例如:她叫Mary. She is called Mary.

3. Give us a break!别再烦我们了(让我们清净一会儿吧!)

当我们想要告诉对方不要再烦人了,就可以说Give sb. a break!

别再烦我了。______________________

4. What on earth is that? 意思是”_________________________________”

on earth常放在疑问词的后面,用以加强语气,表示“究竟,到底“。

造句:你到底是谁?___________________________________

5. 观察下列句子:

a.You’ve heard of him, haven’t you?

b. Jack was German, wasn’t he?

c. She doesn’t like pop music, does she?

当我们陈述一个事实,而又不是很有把握,就可以再陈述句后加一个简短问句,称为反意疑问句。找出对话中所有的反意疑问句。

通过观察后大家发现:

①反意疑问句的构成:前肯后______,前否后_________.

②反意疑问句的主语必须是代替前面主语的代词。

③反意疑问句的谓语动词在时态和人称上要与前面陈述句的谓语动词保持一

致。

试着做一做:You can swim, ____________?

Tony likes pop music, ______________?

He went to Beijing last year, _________________?

They haven’t been there, _________________?

注意:⑴除not外,few, little, never, seldom, hardly, none, no one, nobody, nothing 等都是否定意义的词,反意疑问句都要用肯定形式。

如:There is little water in the glass, ____________?

He can hardly speak English, _____________?

⑵Let’s……,shall we? Let us……,will you?

祈使句,will you?

练习:Come here on time, ________________?

Let’s study hard, __________________?

Let us keep quiet, __________________?

⑶陈述句中的主语如果是指人的不定代词someone, somebody, everyone, everybody, no one, nobody等,反意疑问句的主语要转化为they.

如果是指物的不定代词everything, something, nothing等,要转化为it.

例如:Everyone likes English, _______________?

Everything is ready, __________________?

⑷反意疑问句的回答,只要事实是肯定的,就用yes回答,只要事实是否定的,就用no回答。

Your father isn’t a worker, isn’t he?

是的,他不是。No, he isn’t. 不,他是。Yes, he is.

练习:You haven’t been to Qingdao, have you?

是的,我没去过。_________________ 不,我去过。________________ 翻译:She doesn’t like pop music, does she? No, she doesn’t.

不但……而且……______________________,用于连接两个表示并列关系的成分,着重强调后者,其中的also有时可以省略。如:

①她不仅很会演奏,而且还会作曲。
