【写信背景】投诉服务态度或商品质量。

【写信目的】

1. I am writing to complain about ...我写信是为了投诉...。

2. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with ... 我写信是为了表达我对...的不满。

3. Recently, I have met with some problems when using it, so I am writing to make a complaint. 最近,我在使用时遇到了一些问题,所以我写信投诉。

4. I am sorry to have been provided with such poor service, and I believe that I have the right to ask you to deal with this problem. 我很难过被提供如此糟糕的服务,我相信我有权利要求你处理这个问题。
