一、教材分析和学情分析

【教材分析】

本节内容是河北大学出版社初中信息技术八年级第三章"电子表格第5节Excel数据图表制作",以数据处理见长的excel在数据与图形完美的结合中显示出完全不同的韵味,作为本单元教学的一个重点,它让学生学会从不同的角度分析问题,更能体现编者的意图。

【学情分析】

本节内容是八年级学生在学习了Excel有关数据处理的知识,掌握对Excel的基本操作的基础上,进一步学习为什么使用图表,怎样创建图表以及如何利用图表进行问题的分析。

二、教学设计思路分析

本节课教学主要体现以人为本的教育教学理念,把课堂真正地还给学生,让学生自主学习,自我探索、自我展示,协作互助。在设计任务时,充分考虑到学生的认知特点、接受能力的差异,针对不同水平的学生分别提出恰当的基础目标、发展目标和开放目标,在此基础上设计具有一定容量、一定梯度的任务,让学生根据自己已有的水平来选择能够完成的任务。

三、教学目标分析

1、知识和技能目标:

①掌握图表的建立方法,理解在excel中图表显示分析结果的优势;

②了解几种常见的图表类型。

③能够通过自主探究来学习图表基本的建立、编辑。

2、过程和方法:

在自主探究学习过程中,以任务驱动为主,培养乐于合作、主动参与、勤于动手的习惯,学会自主探究的学习方法。

3、情感态度与价值观目标:

培养学生自主探究精神、相互协作的良好沟通习惯和大胆实践创新的勇气。

四、教学重难点分析

【教学重点】

1、利用图表向导建立图表;

2、根据实际问题来选择合适的图表类型。

【教学难点】

1、数据源的选择;

2、图表类型的选择。

五、教法学法分析

1、教法分析:对比引入法、任务驱动法、小组合作法、探究法、分层练习法。

2、学法分析:本节课主要以主体性教学策略(主体参与,合作学习,差异发展,体验成功)、任务驱动策略、自主探究策略、合作学习策略、分层推进等策略完成教学。

采取的形式:创设任务情境——接受任务——思考讨论——合作操练——探索创新。

六、教学准备分析

网络教室,书签(印有本节内容,激励学生演示操作),教学采用IEBOOK制作的课件,学件为专题学习网站。学生可以通过浏览专题学习网站来自学本节的练习任务,它还有在线测试、在线交流等

功能。

七、教学流程分析

在教学中,我根据本节课教学内容以及学生的特点,围绕教学的重点和难点,设计为以下几个阶段:

(一)创设情境,导入新课

著名特级教师于漪有一句名言:“课的第一锤要敲在学生的心灵上,激发起他们的思想火花。”因此我从学生最关注的话题入手,通过一段权威的“中学生上网调查”视频,出示表格和图表调查分析结果,通过视、听觉的感受引出本课,从表格、图表的相比较,让学生理解数据描述的多样性,建立图表的意义,从内心迸发出向往和求知的强烈欲望。

1、激趣引入:观看有关《中学生上网时间调查》报道的统计,并思考调查报道中出现了哪些图表,体会图表的作用和优点。用学生比较关注的新闻调查视频创设情境,充分激发学生的学习兴趣。(2分钟)

2、学生谈使用数据图表汇总数据的优势(1分钟)

3、学生给调查中出现的图表命名并通过浏览学习网站,总结出三种常见的数据图表的特点:(2分钟)

4、图表类型的选择典型练习(以“世界人口分布”为例,

1)要反映世界人口过去50年来的发展趋势,应选用哪种图表?

2)比较世界各大洲人口多少,用哪种图表?

3)看看亚洲人口占世界人口的比重,用哪种图表?)(2分钟)

柱形图、饼图、折线图是最常见的三种图表类型,也是最重要的图表类型,给出三个实例,为后述图表类型选择难点的突破留下伏笔。

5、学生手工绘制图表:出示柱形图、饼图、折线图的图例,让学生任选一个图表在纸上进行绘画、评价,比较手工和计算机绘制图表的区别。(2分钟)

学生通过看(视频)、听(回答问题)、学(通过专题网站学习图表类型)、说(总结图表特点)、练(适时抛出有代表性的实例进行练习)写(手工绘制图表)等几个方面来引入本节课的主题:Excel 数据图表,让学生由浅入深、层层递进的了解图表的作用和它的优点。真切地感受到了信息技术解决生活中问题的优势。

(二)任务驱动,探求新知

我把该环节分为两部分三个学习任务,以探索问题来引动和维持学习者的学习兴趣和动机:(出示学习任务)

下面逐个说明任务的实现方法,以及如何通过各任务来解决知识的重点难点。

1. “新知识的体验、模仿”

要求完成“任务一我的学习我做主”,“一个思考”导航,“三个问题”引领,其间给出分析图表的提示,如:学科成绩呈上升的有......以及填空式的计划,培养学生根据图表分析数据,并形成报告的能力。为了更好的帮助学生完成任务,我在教学网站中设有详细的图片教程和视频教程,(出示网站电子教程)学生通过模仿基本能完成操作,但是学生在制作中会出现很多不同的问题,如何让学生弄清出现的问题原因呢?也是本课难点的解决,方法是:利用多媒体广播系统,将某个具有典型问题的图表展现给所有学生,共同探讨提出图表中存在的不足和修改意见,例如:有些学生做出的图表是空的,还有的出现了两种图表,这样的问题正好教给学生如何选择数据源和系列。此时教师要精讲并对学生的探索精神加以肯定。

这种学生示范,共同讨论探究的方法使学生完全投入到学习中,共同总结教学重点:图表制作的“四步法”。

学生示范后再讨论分析需要改进的地方,通过讨论就会激发学生的思想火花,让课堂出现精彩的地方,从而突破本课难点(请看这一环节的教学片断)。

但这个任务是师生共同完成的,还需要学生独立完成制作,并能简单分析图表,所以设置了:

2. “新知识的探索、实践”

此部分包含任务二、任务三,要求学生自己选择图表类型独立完成,任务二巧妙设置了柱形图与折线图的比较,引导学生正确有效使用图表,而双轴图表的制作又体现了分层教学;任务三设置了饼图的制作,从行和列两方面深入分析,教师在这里惜笔墨,让同学自由完成分析并形成报告。

3.展示成果任务小结

首先引导学生展示作品,学生讨论、评定作品,通过几个具体实例的制作,学生已基本掌握不同图表的制作,在此基础上一起来讨论不同图表的适用场合是切实可行的。

如何引导学生将学习方法用于实践,才是关键所在,所以设置了下一环节。

(三)小组合作,展示作品

1、带着思考三,六人一组,确定调查主题,统计数据,下载表格填充数据,制作图表,美化图表。

1)本小组合作调研的主题是什么?

2)本小组选择的是什么类型的图表?

3)为什么选择这种类型的图表?

4)通过小组调研分析这张图表反映出什么问题?

2、教师巡视帮助。

3、请小组代表展示图表,对图表进行适当的分析。

4、小组根据评价量规互评作品【评价量规截图】

5、教师小结。

通过小组之间的调研、统计、填充数据、制作、展示、分析图表、经验分享。培养学生综合分析问题的能力和鉴赏能力。有个性问题的同学可以通过学习网站在线交流或给老师留言。(链接学件在线交流)

(四)总结归纳,巩固所学

这个环节为学生设计了作品上传、互动交流平台和评价系统,学生根据作品评价标准进行自评、小组评、教师评,采用小组记分卡、投票评选等多种评价方式,评价内容既体现共性,又体现个性,既关注学生的智力因素,又不忽视非智力因素,以多维视角的评价内容来衡量学生的发展状况。最后进行课堂总结,回顾本节课学到了什么,有什么收获。通过回顾,帮助他们理顺知识,懂得归纳。帮助学生梳理这节课的内容,使知识结构系统化。

本节任务的设计都是源于生活,层层深入,环环相扣。学生学会了在实际生活中如何运用信息技术来完成信息的采集、数据的统计和分析,真切地感受到了信息技术在生活中的重要性;信息使我们的学习和生活更精彩。

重难点的突破我采取是三次反复法。首先在开始的引入新课时,讲述知识点的黄金时间里,第一次出现分析图表和图表类型的选择;然后在教学过程中强化;最后在学生小结时点睛,教学中通过具体事例从不同的侧面触及重难点,以此达成教学目标。

学案准备,在整个教学活动中以任务驱动为引擎,以学案为辅助,以老师指导为帮助,让学生在做中学,在学中做,体现了以教师为引导,以学生为主体的新课程教学原则。

这节课,采用了讲练恰当结合,以适时引导带动学生的积极参与,学生在轻松愉快的环境中较高质量的完成了教学任务,达成了教学目标。
