提高小学英语成绩的策略措施 我是一位农村英语教师，现在在八台一小任教。我们是一所寄宿制、封闭式的小学，共有四、五、六三个年级，学生大概有四百多人。生源来自八台镇的各个村里，所以学生的程度参差不齐，相差很大，作为一位英语老师，我深感自己的责任重大，在过去的一年里，如何创设良好的学习氛围、培养学生学英语的兴趣，提高学生的英语水平和成绩成为我思考的重要问题。 小学阶段英语教学的目的是：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生学习英语的积极性，使他们树立学习英语的自信心，同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，为进一步学习打下基础。根据本乡小学英语教学的实际情况，踏着新一轮课程改革的浪潮，以学习新课标为突破口，以活动为载体，扎实有效地开展本学期的英语教学工作，结合本学期教学实践总结教学情况如下： 一、不断学习，更新理念 开学初，学校领导带领大家观摩其他学校优秀教师的优质课教学，并利用网络聆听了专家们对英语教学的详细讲解，另外学校也组织本校教师开展了听课、评课的教研活动，听课时所有英语教师都准时参加，而且学校领导也主动参加这项活动，以些说明学校领导对英语这一学科的重视。上完课后，学校领导及各位教师共同评课，共同探讨如何上好英语课。每一次活动都能使自己学到新的东西，并激励着自己在平时的教学中认真认真实践，不断探索。通过此次活动，使我的教育教学观、课程观、评价观得到转变，更好的更新英语学科

知识，努力使自己成为具有新型教学理念和知识结构的创新型教师。 二、融洽师生关系，提高亲和力 首先，利用课外时间和学生交朋友，在玩得同时抓住孩子的点滴进步，在学生敢说、敢做的氛围中，适时地给予适当的表扬，并有意让孩子亲近我。在课堂上，当学生回答问题时，我认真倾听，面带微笑，眼光里流露出热情，学生答完了，给予及时的肯定和鼓励，帮助孩子树立起学习的信心。 其次，个别学生要个别对待，真正做到因人施教。因为人们所处的环境不同，形成的思维习惯也就不同，对待有问题的孩子不要歧视，要帮助他们设法完成任务，使他们也获得成功的喜悦。信任中差生，鼓励他们自由讨论；厚爱差生，感受差生在学习过程中的各种心理表现和看法，由于我能善意理解他们，高兴地接受他们，因此促进了中差生不同程度的进步和发展。 最后，时刻了解学生学习上、生活上的困难，帮助他们树立自信心和学习兴趣。为了让孩子们在课堂上始终保持旺盛的精力，我不厌其烦地不断变换和改进自己的评价技巧。在评价的过程中注意尊重和爱护学生的学习积极性，对每个学生的成绩和点滴进步都给予肯定。我主要采用口头表扬和精神奖励的方式“verygood！”“wonderful！”“welldone！”“cleverboy/girl！”等成为我经常用来表扬学生的“口头禅”。 三、在课堂教学中，运用多种方法 在教学中，特别强调游戏教学法的精髓是愉快教学，一定要让学
