高一语文试卷 考生注意： 1.本试卷共150分，考试时间150分钟。 2.请将各题答案填写在答题卡上。 3.本试卷主要考试内容：人教版必修1和2。 一、现代文阅读（36分） （一）论述类文本阅读（本题共3小题.9分） 阅读下面的文字，完成1～3题。 隋代是我国传统社会承前启后的重要朝代，结束了东汉末年以后分裂割据的局面，经济活跃，文化发展，贯通南北的大运河使全国经济格局基本形成。同时，丝绸之路畅通，国际交流频繁，隋朝皇帝曾经以“皇帝可汗”的姿态出现在世界政治舞台上。隋代在制度上多有创新，其中民间义仓的设立即重要创新之一。这种应对自然灾害的社区互助自救措施，因效果明显，很快便得到中央政府认可，并采取措施在全国范围内推广。它不仅在当时收到了良好的社会效益，而且对后世影响深远。 隋代义仓的设立，在我国传统社会应对自然灾害仓廪史上是一个里程碑。义仓丰富了我国仓廪制度的内容，使得政府仓廪与民间仓廪相得益彰，表明备荒救灾的水平有了一定程度的提高。同时，也表明国家对保障直接生产者的生活秩序和生产秩序的重要性有了进一步认知。隋代义仓的设立过程充分说明，民间具有取之不竭的创造力。其创新之处在于，将这种民间自助形式制度化，成为国家倡导并加以保护的仓廪制度。尤其重要的是，这使我国仓廪制度更加成熟，政府仓廪与民间仓廪并行，互相补充。 义仓的设置，是开展生产自救的一项有效应急措施。经过多年经营，隋代各地义仓无不充盈。这对当时脆弱的自耕农经济和个体手工业生产应对干旱、蝗灾、水涝、地震、瘟疫及社会动乱，发挥了不可低估的作用。隋代疆域扩大，东部、南部均到大海，西至且末，北到五原。大业五年（609），全国有户8907536，人口达46019956，直到百余年后的唐玄宗开元天宝时期，才重新达到这样的户口数据。隋代达到了我国历史上的一个鼎盛时期，学界将“隋唐”并称是有一定道理的。宋代史学家马端临评价说：“古今国计之富者莫如隋。”这是比较中肯的，而其中义仓的普及是不可忽视的原因之一隋代创立的义仓对后世的影响也是深远的。李唐取代隋朝的当年，即沿袭前制设置义仓，虽然其间多有周折变化，却一直朝着制度化的方向发展。唐太宗贞观二年（628）规定，凡耕种土地者每亩纳粮食2升作为义仓粮，存贮州县，以备荒年赈灾之需。这为“贞观之治”增添了新的内容。至迟在唐代宗广德年间，义仓已经普遍设立于全国各地，与太仓、正仓、转运仓、常平仓、军仓共同形成布局结构严整的仓廪体系。北宋的义仓制度更加完善，成为因地制宜、种类繁多的地方性备荒赈灾重要仓储。南宋朱熹鉴于义
