Junior high school is often a difficult time. There is a lot of pressure to get high scores. Also, you are growing every year, you look different and feel different. It can be hard to be happy. So when you have problems and feel unhappy, and don’t know what to do about it, just think about ways to help yourself.

I remember what made me unhappy back in my school days. I cared too much about what other people thought of me. When I was in school, I was very shy.
