一、概述

1、实习目的：

通过阶段性时间的实习，为我们将拓宽知识面，增强感性认识，培养、锻炼我们综合运用所学的基础理论、基本技能和专业知识，去独立分析和解决实际问题的能力，能够将所学的专业理论知识运用与实践，并且在实践中结合理论加深对其认识和总结，为今后走上工作岗位打下一定的基础。

2、实习单位基本情况

岑溪市第二中学是岑溪市的一间重点中学，始办于1992年秋，1996年被岑溪市人民政府定为市实验中学，2006年通过广西自治区一级学校评估验收，2007年通过自治区师范性中学验收。

3、实习岗位基本情况

在该校我担任高一级英语任课教师，主要的工作情况：对该校的高中一年级学生进行英语教学，按照教学目标和大纲的要求，以因材施教为原则，运用相关教学技巧引导他们进行课文学习，做好知识的输入与输出工作，对其课后作业进行批改和结果反馈，最后达到让学生充分掌握知识并能灵活运用所学知识解决问题。

二、实习内容及过程

1、了解过程

第一天进入学校开始工作时，学校对我进行了一系列的培训，让我了解作为一个教师所必须具备的一些基本知识。指导老师的耐心讲解使我逐步了解和熟悉了本校的教育教学工作模式，在日复一日工作的同时慢慢熟悉了学校的工作环境。

2、摸索过程

对学校里的环境有所了解熟悉后，我便开始按部就班的工作。工作期间每天按时到学校上班，摸索阶段除了做好上级分配的工作，还充分利用上课时间去听取一些优秀老师的课程，认真做好听课记录，听课的主要目的在于明确该校英语的实际授课情况，看指导老师或其它老师如何组织一堂课，如何讲课，如何和学生沟通。通过听课认真总结不同老师的教学风格，学习他们的教学经验和技巧，

尝试运用他们的方法与技巧去处理一些教学问题。

3、独立操作

经过一周时间的摸索，我对该校高一年级的英语教学情况已有了较详细的认识，同时也对学生的学习状况有一定了解。在操作过程我开始备课和授课的工作。首先，备课是教学工作的准备阶段。备课不仅要联系教材的内容，还要与学生的实际情况相结合，要考虑学生的原有知识水平，学生的接受能力，学生的课堂反应，教学实际情景等方面的情况。我在以上综合因素的考虑下进行认真备课，从学生的实际情况出发结合教材，制定合适的教案和课件，并且与指导老师交流想法，不断地修进教案。

其次，授课是教学工作的主要阶段。在完善教案之后，我选取不同的班级进行授课，其目的在于接触不同的学生，灵活运用各种教学手段和技巧给学生进行授课。在真实的课堂上，既要注意传授知识，又要注意调整课堂气氛，并且还应与学生进行互动和交流。每一个课程的结束都要进课程质量的分析和总结，认真听取各位听课老师的意见和建议，从而不断完善自己的教学方法。

最后，批改作业是教学工作的一个总结和反馈阶段。利用课后空余时间我帮助指导老师批改部分作业，通过批改作业发现学生当前学习中存在的问题，了解他们的一些性格特点和学习态度，每次批改作业我都会详细地记录每位学生存在的问题，并在作业上留下相应的评语，或是鼓励，或是指出问题所在。同时，也通过批改作业而发现自己教学方法上的不足，从而改进教学方案。

三、实习总结与感受

以上就是我实习期间教育教学工作的整个过程，在这个过程中我做到了认真仔细的备课，虚心听取指导老师的意见，用心修改教案，重心放在讲课上，课后通过与同学的交流和沟通，重新修改教案，认真改进教学过程等。不足之处之处在于：由于初上讲台，教姿教态过于生硬，有时不能很好地控制授课节奏，导致内容不完整，以及处理课堂紧急情况时缺乏经验。

通过实习期间不断地听课、备课、授课和批改作业，我掌握并巩固了教学的基本功，同时在学校其他教师的教学经验和自己的反复操作中，教学能力得到了较大的提高。

同时，我深刻体会到教师作为一个特殊的职业，需要具备很强的语言表达能力和现场应变能力，才能把自己已有的知识尽可能多的、高效的传授给学生。教师是书本知识与学生之间的联系纽带、运输通道。同样一个教学内容，同样的教学方法，不同的教师讲出来的效果可能完全不同，学生的学习效果也可能完全不同。因此，想要成为一名合格的教师，我还需要不断改进和提升我的专业知识和社会知识，在今后的实际工作中做到因材施教，不断地完善自己的教学技巧和方法。篇二：英语专业实习报告范文

2010年的4月20日到5月8日这短短的四周我第一次学习当老师的教学实习周在这段时间我收获了很多也成长了很多近一个月的实习让我体会到当老师的乐趣当了近十几年学生第一次转换了角色以一名老师的身份去实习、去体验任务不同了视角不同了因此感受也不同了前两周我们以听课为主为了能更好的适应学生教育环境我们认真听课记好笔记并即时和指导老师沟通反复推敲老师教案认真熟悉教材

这两周我们还批改了学生们的批改作业时纠正学生的错误非常重要在纠正学生每个错误的时候要写上激励的评语让他们在改正自己错误的同时不会对自己失去信心在这个过程中我还发现了大一学生在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题大体情况可以分为四类：第一类：存在严重的单词拼写问题很多同学也分不清词性

第二类：句子结构不清晰时态使用错误而且喜欢用中文思维进行写作

第三类：不注意标点的使用随意乱点的现象很严重

第四类：学生态度问题这一类学生大多字迹潦草不认真对待作业

经过两周的听课第三周我们便开始准备教案为讲课作准备指导老师指导我们写教案给我们建议第四周的周一早上我们进行了第一次试讲虽然试讲并不正式可讲课的过程中依然会暴露很多缺点结束之后郑老师说我的构思很好同时也给我提了很多宝

贵的建议我认真听着积极总结并及时予以修改周二晚上郑老师又抽出宝贵的时间听我们又试讲了一次这一次老师又给我们提了意见并让我周三正式上讲台

于5月6日周三下午我第一次正式登上了讲台上课前我感到非常紧张紧张的介绍完自己深呼吸了好几次终于调整好了自己的情绪开始讲起课来我按照我的计划逐步进行着内容同学们也很配合他们的积极参与让课堂十分有趣我便充分放松了自己大胆的讲起课来最后由于时间没有把握好准备的内容并没有讲完课后郑老师评价说我讲的挺好我的搭档也说挺好这无疑给了我极大的自信他们也给了我很多建议所以回来之后我又对讲课内容进行改进5月7日周四下午我又讲了两节课正所谓熟能生巧这次明显没有第一次那么紧张了并且在时间的把握上内容上都有很大的进步学生依旧很配合从老师和我的搭档那里我都获益匪浅

这三节课让我充分体会了当老师的感觉这种感觉很好看着学生们对你渴望的眼神你就会觉得你有责任把他们教好

通过这次实习我还总结了几点关于教育的建议具体如下：

第一点兴趣对于一个学生来说至关重要的必须把学生的学习兴趣调动起来使他们在快乐中主动学习课堂只要以学生为主充分调动他们学习的主动性和积极性由“要我学”转化为“我要学”的教学方式

第二点老师要有耐心才能把学生的缺点纠正过来而且老师要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛在教学活动中建立平等的师生关系把自己当成活动中的一员

第三点要注重鼓励学生他们得到老师的赞扬积极性提高了课堂气氛活跃了就会起到很好的教学效果

第四点学生对讲课的内容反映不一所以要注重跟同学们的交流明白他们究竟所需求的什么

从这次实习中我明白到备课在上好一节课的重要性因此我也对老师这个职业有了更深的理解真正的教师都具有高尚的师德和勇于奉献的精神品质他们就一群辛勤的小蜜蜂为国家的建设打造坚实的基石这次实习也使我学到了许多书本上没有的东西让我找到了缺点和不足让我增长了各方面的能力我人生中最有意义的一次活动在以后的人生道路上我不会像以前那样胆怯因为在这次实习中我变得勇敢成熟了在以后的人生道路上我也会时刻铭记着这段如歌岁月激励自己努力前进

初中英语教师实习报告

时光飞逝,两个月的实习已经结束了.回首这两个月以来,真的是酸甜苦辣什么滋味都有,而正是这些滋味见证了自己一点点的进步.实习开始,我的心情和所有参加实习的同学一样,心中充满了兴奋与憧憬,想象着在实习学校大显身手，大展宏图。这段时间里，我的情绪波动也是挺大的。由开始的担心（担心和指导老师，和学生相处不好）到后面的不舍，和老师学生了解后，觉得很舍不得那些可爱的学生，以及热情帮助我的指导老师。

回顾两个月的实习生活自己学到了很多东西,我的心中充满了成就感,在两个月的时间里我上了六节英语课,上了五节复习课,作业课可能一共有十节课,并且参加年级英语小组活动，记得上第一节课时,我当时特别紧张,带着羞涩与忐忑匆忙地走上了讲台,尽管我做了许多准备工作,当我面对那么多双眼睛时,我不由的紧张了,但我在最难的时刻内努力使自己平静下来,要理顺思路开始上第一堂课,接着就是知道老师交代的教学步骤进行着,由于学生都很配合,所以整堂课还是挺顺利地完成了教学任务。课后我走到学生中间去，问他们是否听得懂，有没有什么疑问，有没有什么意见或建议。他们的反映基本上都说听得懂，只是英文说太多了，应该先说英文再用中文解释。因此我下次上课时就尽量先说英文再用中文解释。

以后的每次上课，我都会备好课：备教材，备课标，备学生。我先自己写好教案，写好teaching plan，与其他组员再一起讨论，试讲。同时，在临睡前，第二天在去实习学校的公交车上，以及上课前15分钟，

我都会在脑子里回顾下将要上的课的基本教学步骤。到实习学校，我都会将要上的课的教学目标，教学重难点，以及教学步骤和导师说下，让导师给我意见和建议。我觉得这点是很重要的。特别是我们对学生已有的认知水平不了解。这个时候张老师就会告诉我，这个知识点学生已学过了，只要复习下即可，或对学生还是新知识，需要详细讲。同时导师们都比较有经验，他们了解学生，知道什么样的方式学生易于接受。所以我每次上课前，都会先请教导师然后才上讲台。上完课，我都会与导师，与其他实习生交流，让他们给我评价。在回学校的车上，我也会反思下今天的教学以及和导师，和学生的相处情况，回到宿舍，写下反思日志，反思并总结一天的情况。反思自己课上做得好的地方以及不足之处并想出解决办法。第二天上课时，我就特别注意提醒自己不要犯同样的错误。同时，我也经常去听其他组员的课，把自己的课与他们的进行比较，找出值得自己学习的地方。此外，我也积极参加了英语组的集体备课活动。在备课过程中，我也积极发表了自己的一些设计想法。有些想法也得到了导师们的认可与采纳。导师们还说不愧是陈老师带出来的啊，我听了也觉得很自豪。当然在与导师的交流中，有时也会出现自己的想法和导师的发生问题。这时，我就会仔细分析问题的根源，分析导师的观点，然后尽量把两者的精华相结合。如，在上unit 6备课时，课文中出现了

wool,cook,foot,wood,look,book cool等单词时，尤其是字母“oo”这个发音，在什么情况下读长音/u:/,什么情况下读短音/u/；张老师说讲的不是很清楚，这时我想出了一条好的记忆方法，就是“毛厨师踩着木头看书”，除此之外都读长音/u:/，在讲课的时候学生都感觉记起来很容易；张老师听完课说讲的还不错。张老师经常都会强调板书设计。他说因为学生只有了解了教师的习惯之后，才能更快地吸收知识。记得有两天，我因为事太忙了，备课不充分，上课时出现了一些错误，张老师很严肃地给我指出来，从那以后我每次上课前就是熬夜，

也要把课准备充分之后才休息。总之，对于导师的意见，我都会虚心接受的，我从来没有表现出厌烦或不满的情绪。因为，我牢记陈老师在动员大会上说的：别人给你提意见是你的幸运，是想帮助你。我觉得这句话很有道理。因此我有个原则：不管别人的意见或评价对不对，首先要告诉自己，别人是好意的，是想帮我，我必须感谢人家。其次把别人的话全部记下。再次，回来后反思时，仔细分析下别人提的建议。

同时，在教学过程中，我会刻意地去记住每个学生的名字，并叫出他们的名字，因为学生会觉得如果老师能记住他们的名字说明老师重视他们。而且对每个学生的性格、特点我都大概有所了解。不管是上课提问还是课后的交流时，我是叫他们的名字。

班上有一名学生只有英语不好，其他都很棒，通过和班主任了解，我发现他是由于不喜欢英语，从而怕英语，所以就学不好英语，因此对自己就没有了信心。于是，我利用下午放学的时间留下来给他补课，并引导他慢慢地主动学英语，结果在第四次月考时他的成绩提高了十几分。他自己也很高兴。在留言中，他希望我继续关心他的学习。在帮助他的同时，也有很多其他本来不爱学英语的学生也主动来办公室要求要一起学习。张老师和王老师都说现在他们的学习兴趣提高了，并且，成绩也有了进步。

另外，我发现学生对老师的评语其实是很重视的。而我发现自己在课上只会说：very good, good ，excellent这种评价学生根本不知道自己的优点在哪里，甚至有可能对老师的表扬产生听觉疲劳，“麻木不仁”，久而久之，也就不当回事了。因此每一次表扬一定要从具体的一点出发，确确实实地抓住学生的闪光点进行表扬。因此我就尽量用各种方式论文网/表扬学生。如批改作业时，有进步的学生，我会给他们一个笑脸，或写：有进步哦，继续努力！无论如何，我都会尽量想办法找出他们的优点，给与及时表扬，并对错误进行正面反思。为了使学生学到的知识得到巩固；在不增加学生负担的情况下，精心设计一些合理的作业，难以程度适中；向学生提出明确的质量要求和书写规格。做到全批全改，适当批些鼓励的评语，并且分析研究学生完成本次作业的优缺点，做到作业点评详细。检查学生是否听懂。在这次实习后，我学到很多知识，不仅仅是教师的技能；还有做一名合格老师应具备的基本素质，以前的我是紧张恐惧，而现在是从容大方，自信成熟，实习生活现在已画上了一个圆满的句号，但我们的教师还得继续努力，有句话说“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。我将带着满怀的希望去追求人生道路的目标。无悔教师这个职业。这在教学过程中是十分重要的。

在这两个月里，我积极主动地与导师沟通，从知道教师那里提取了不少意见和建议。积极准备每一节课。努力来争取机会提高自己、锻炼自己。在课前准备时尽量做到面面俱到，有时也会有松懈的时候，有各种理由没时间认真分析教材，充分备课。但是，自己也深深觉得这是自己的不足。我一定会好好改正。在教学设计上有更大的进步。同时，我在教师口语上还有待提高。对某写单词的发音要多加练习，注意如”the”在元音音素前和在辅音音素前的发音是不同的；“tomato”的原因等等。还有在发出课堂指令时要简洁、明了。因为我对课堂指令操作时还存在着问题，如有时会说一半英语说一半中文，显得不熟练。张老师建议我要找点专门的教师用语的资料来反复背，以熟练。我决心以后要勤奋苦练，做到更好。

我同时进行了两个月的临时班主任工作，深入学生之中了解他们的情况和想法，并及时与原班主任交流，找出解决问题的办法。积极准备并组织了一次关于如何学习英语的班级周会。并批阅学生们的周记，了解他们对自己的认识以及自我发现的问题和进步。在课后，是学生的好朋友，与他们谈心，从生活和学习等各方面关心他们。

“每天早出晚归，一天的批改作业，备课，坐班等工作”，这就是我们的实习生活，真的很辛苦，大家都说我瘦了。而我所经历的还只是实习而已，与真正的中学老师相比，我们的工作量还远远不够。可是辛苦归辛苦，所有的老师都知道自己辛苦，还是有人为了这份工作废寝忘食，这又是为了什么呢？因为教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业，因为这份工作带给了我们的快乐远远大与它带来的辛苦。看着学生能够灵活地运用自己所教授的知识，心中的成就感油然而生。

为期两个月的实习对我们而言,是一次难得锻炼机会,一次能让我们将课堂所学的知识运用到现实教学中去,同时也是一次严峻的考验,因为经验的缺乏,在教学中有些问题我们不能很

好的解决,但在实习过程中虚心认真听取知道老师的意见让我们有明显的进步.课余时间不断积极主动与指导老师讨论教学方法及教学经验,时刻做到多听,多看，多问,多记不断发现不足之处,完善自我提高的能力.

大学的最后的一个学期，我来到一家翻译公司实习。我应聘的职务是英语校对，刚开始我对这个工作不是很了解，以为就是检查检查错误就可以了，然而就是这份我认为很简单的工作，我却在在实习期内出现了不少的错误。

在进入公司之前，我们都是经过了笔试的。一段英译中，一段中译英。或许是因为没有在学校做过这方面的训练，再者，词汇量严重不足，第三，计算机操作不熟练，这两篇小稿子我做了得有两个小时。进入公司后，经理告诉我，其实当时来面试的人中，比我水平高的有很多，计算机能力比我强的也很多，可选了我是因为我的性格。因为我能在一个陌生的环境稳稳地耐得住性子做两个小时。以下就是我在实习期间的工作情况。

一、工作的性质需要我们仔细、认真并且耐心

我在几个月的实习期间被经理批评过多次，因为每次的成稿总会有一些小小的错误。我就把我经常出错的地方、原因写到一张纸上，在每次交给经理稿子之前都再仔细检查一下有没有再出现这些错误，确认无误后，才把稿子给她。这样一来，以后就很少出错了。我总结出，无论以后做什么工作都要仔细认真的完成，哪怕还有上百件事情堆在身后，好好完成一件比仓促完成十件好得多!

二、英语知识的积累

刚开始，经理会发给我们一些以前校过的稿子，让我们译文原文对着看。因为我们公司主要是做石油机械设备这部分，相对来说，懂这方面的比较少，而且偏老年化，所以我们公司稿子都是北京一些高校的老师教授翻的。真的很庆幸能够看到老教授们翻得稿子，这样我在不管是用词还是组句方面都能学到很多。真是受益匪浅啊!而且我们每人都有台电脑，网络资源十分便利，稍有不懂便可上网查询。

再后来，如果有比较简单的小稿子，经理会先发给我们，让我们试着翻。等翻译翻完之后，我们拿自己的和翻译翻的相对比，缺陷不足显露无疑。学到知识的同时，也添加了继续努力的信心。

三、计算机操作能力提高

因为我们公司还负责排版，就是说，译文原文校对完之后，按照原文格式调整好，使其尽量保持原文面貌。我本来计算机操作就不熟练，打字也不快，这样一来，我有些工作也许会因为我的操作不熟练而拖延完成。第一个月没少吃了计算机操作不熟练的苦。以前在学校只知道word文档、幻灯片，却没有实际操作过。而现在我们每天都要

同word文档、powerpoint、excel打交道，此外还有pdf，cad制图。好在我们公司的排版人员都很友善，有不懂我们都可以向她们请教。

四、增加了对未来的信心

从我开始学习英语以来，我就梦想着有一天可以做翻译。这一行业在我心中一直是很神圣的。所以我很珍惜这份实习工作，因为我感觉离梦想越来越近了，只要我坚持不懈的努力。

“千里之行，始于足下”，通过这些月短暂而又充实的实习，我认为对我走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，是人生的一段重要的经历，也是一个重要步骤，对将来走上工

作岗位也有着很大帮助。向他人虚心求教，遵守组织纪律和单位规章制度，与人文明交往等一些做人处世的基本原则都要在实际生活中认真的贯彻，好的习惯也要在实际生活中不断培养。这一段时间所学到的经验和知识大多来自领导和干警们的教导，这是我一生中的一笔宝贵财富。这次实习也让我深刻了解到，在工作中和同事保持良好的关系是很重要的。做事首先要学做人，要明白做人的道理，如何与人相处是现代社会的做人的一个最基本的问题。对于自己这样一个即将步入社会的人来说，需要学习的东西很多，他们就是最好的老师，正所谓“三人行，必有我师”，我们可以向他们学习很多知识、道理。

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。由于我所在的公司是北京驻乌的一个办事处，是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累。只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁。很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。
