摘要:本文通过案例分析的形式，针对美特斯邦威公司由2008年上市以来至2015年间出现的一系列的存货管理问题，以存货管理的相关理论为依据对其进行存货问题分析并就出现问题的原因提出几点解决方法。同时，希望借助本案例分析，为其他出现类似问题的同类型服装企业提供借鉴。
