初中英语教学研讨会上的发言稿

各位老师，上午好！

昨天的观摩研讨课和今天的经验交流，以两种不同的形式向我们展示了近年来我市广大英语教师在课堂教学改革方面取得的成绩。在此，我谨代表与会的所有的老师对为我们提供宝贵经验的单位和老师们表示衷心地感谢！

通过昨天下午的说、评、议活动，在看到成绩的同时，我们也清楚地看到了课堂教学中的一些无效、低效现象。这些现象影响着课堂教学的效率，制约着课堂教学向高效目标的发展。什么是高效？怎样才能高效？如何克服课堂教学中一些常见的低效现象，使课堂走向高效？我认为是我们亟待解决的问题。所以，今天借此机会和老师们一起就这方面的问题做个交流。

随着教育改革的不断深化，课堂教学作为教育过程的中心环节，作为推进素质教育、提高教学质量的主渠道、主阵地，愈来愈受到高度的关注。新课程理念最终要通过课堂中的教师得以落实，新课程的目标最终要体现在学生的变化上。新课程改革推进到今天，关注课堂，研究课堂，创新课堂，实现课堂的高效，毫无疑问是实施素质教育和时代发展新形势下的必然趋势，是当前我们教学、教研的中心工作和重要课题。

一、构建高校课堂的背景

1、一系列纲领性文件的出台

２００１年７月２７日教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行），新一轮的课程改革开始在全国42个国家级实验区试行。其核心理念是：以学生发展为本。结合学科特点，力争全方位的落实科学素养教育，为学生的终身发展奠定基础。目标定位在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度和价值观的新角度。这就要求老师们采取相应的教学策略：将知识和技能纬度的目标立足于让学生学会，将过程和方法纬度的目标立足于让学生会学，将情感、态度、价值观纬度的目标立足于让学生乐学。如何帮助学生完成由学会—会学—乐学的转变，这是检验课堂是否高效的重要标准。

同年，教育部又出台了《英语课程标准》。进一步明确了英语课程改革的重点，强调学生的学习兴趣、自信、生活经验和认知水平，倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。强调学生良好学习习惯的养成和有效学习策略的形成，更加关注对学生观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神的培养；为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。这一切的落实，主渠道还是在课堂。因此，提高课堂的效益和效率，既是提升英语教学质量的关键所在，也是英语新课程教学改革成功与
