英语口语学习心得【一】

口语是语言技能中最容易和最基础的部分，比起枯燥的语法和高深的写作技巧，口语最容易掌握。但是，中国传统英语教育只注重笔试，忽视听力和口语，而中国同学比较内向含蓄，口语就成了一个很大的困难。很多同学学了英语却不能和人顺畅交流，这岂不是一件憾事?在此跟大家分享一下我这些年英语学习，特别是口语学习的一些心得，希望能对大家有所启发。

一心态篇

这是学习口语的第一个阶段，就是心态要好，要有自信。

首先，中国人在所有亚洲人中是比较有优势的。看看邻国日本和韩国就知道了，本国语言造成了他们有些元音、辅音发不清楚，而中国人就没有这方面的障碍。

第二，最重要的是要敢于开口。不严肃地说，口语说得好的人都是“厚脸皮”，因为不怕难堪，不怕犯错。不开口说给别人听，就永远也别想提高口语水平。对学生朋友来说，的方法是上英语课踊跃发言，表达自己的意见，上台演讲。对于外向的同学自然比较容易，那么内向腼腆一点的同学就要自己逼迫自己了，比如每节课至少举一次手，回答一个问题。这个并不难，日积月累，胆量大了，口语也有了提高，何乐而不为呢?

开始入门时，学习最简单的用法和表达，学会描述、定义、举例说明的方法。这样你说话才有内容。也可以找一个语言伙伴，天天练习。如果对方的母语是英语，那就更是锦上添花了。

需要注意的是，栗子要现炒现卖，口语也要学了就用。有些同学说也说了，练也练了，但就是进步不大。原因很简单，他们每次总是用同样的句式说同样的东西，水平自然不会提高。任何语言都是用了才会记住，才能变成自己的。把刚学到的、看到的，马上就说出来，用到自己的表达中去，即使错了也没有关系。实践才是检验真理的惟一标准。

二语音篇

这个可能是大家最关心的，我也没有什么技巧，主要是模仿练习。听磁带跟读固然很好，但是很多人不能分辨自己与录音的差距，听完、读完也就算完了，结果自己的发音依旧没有改进。反复听磁带，录下自己的声音，先放自己的，再对比磁带，很容易就找到差别了。然后再对照录音反复模仿，不断练习。

在模仿的时候要注意最基本的三点：语调、发音、音色。

语调很重要。英语抑扬顿挫，讲求音律感。模仿时，对照磁带用箭头给文章里的语句标注出语气的升降。这看似很傻，但却有助于记

忆。在自己朗读时，还可以根据记号，寻找其中的规律。

另外一个是发音。我们的缺陷主要是双元音。发双元音时，需要将第一个单元音发得饱满，然后迅速滑动到第二个单元音，并结束。认真练习双元音，这是一种很好的锻炼口腔肌肉的方式。此外建议大家多听听欧美歌手的抒情歌曲。

至于音色，这是先天的，恐怕不是练习可以改变的了。

三背诵篇

这是口语学习的第二个阶段，目的是为了精准。

背诵的作用大家不能小看，这是英语学习最笨但是最有用的方法。背诵的功力高，口语、听力、写作都会大大提高。许多同学一天读一篇，我的建议是一天背一段。不用背很长，没有时间，几句话也行。时间长了，自然会成为“大牛”。

背诵的方法，我简单总结为“四走”：首先还是要反复听磁带，跟着磁带走，否则就失去学习纯正英语的意义。先跟磁带读，每个意群一顿，或者每句一顿。然后慢慢一段一顿，让自己把长句完整说出来。这样听个五六遍，文章基本就背下来了。很多外国语学校的同学都是这样练习的。从初中开始这就是他们雷打不动的家庭作业，有的学校还极端地要求家长签字，每个同学每天到老师面前背课文，最后计入考试成绩。虽然当时怨声载道，但事实证明这样确实有效。

我们都知道英语是一门重要的课程，而且我们每个人都想把它学好。那么，如何学好英语呢?有什么方法呢?我认为：

首先，要听、说先行。

英语是一种语言，学习它的方法就是不断地运用：1、学会听别人说;2、大胆地和别人去交谈。

试想一个听也听不懂的人，怎么会去和别人交谈呢?所以，学习英语必须在“听”中提高自己，在“说”中检测自己。把你“听”到的，找机会向你的同学、朋友、老师进行卖弄;当你体会到成功的喜悦时，那些曾让你感觉到干吧吧的句型、课文就会一下子变得亲切而又有意义起来。

要做到“听、说”先行，最重要的就是听具有纯真、地道发音的语言材料，去模仿其发音、语调，去领悟其会话场景，去和真正的“老外”对话!听说时应该注意以下两点：

第一，磁带要选对，要选难度适合自己的;时间要保证，每天至少半小时，应该说，听那种纯正、地道的语音、语调，感觉就是一咱享受。

第二，听要一句一句地听，说也要一句一句地说。不求快，要反复听、反复说，直到听懂每一个词，说好每一句放才行。事实上，练

习听说可以起到一石三鸟的效果：既巩固了语言知识、提高了听力水平，又实现了口语运用。何乐而不为呢?

“听”和“说”二者相互促进，不可偏废一方。要大量地听，不断地说，只有这样，知识才能变为能力。关键是要活学活用，坚持不懈。如果能这样，那么我相信你一定能练出非凡的听力，说出流利、地道的英语。

其次，读、写要跟上。

我们强调“听、说”的同时，还注重阅读量的扩大和阅读能力的提高。而阅读能力和写作能力的提高是建筑在相当练习量基础上的。达不到一定的量，就不会有“质”的突破，有的同学说，我做了好多的阅读性解题，可是进步却不大，是怎么回事呢?其实，阅读强调对文章整体的理解而不是对文章简单的表象理解，也就是说，文章中有的句子不是可能孤立起来理解的，它是有背景的。对于我们大家来说，在开始大量阅读前，，首先必须掌握一定的语法知识，比如句子词形变化、句型、结构、时态等，要善于归纳总结，牢记一些特殊变化，学习英语语法的一个重要原则就是“钻进去，跳出来”。钻进去就是认真学习语法知识，然后归纳总结，再做练习，使之真正成为自己的东西。一是语法基础有了长进，就要“跳起来”扩大阅读和提阅读能力了。在扩大阅读量的时候，应注意以下两点：

1、选准阅读材料，要精读。有些人说知识“大意”就行了。其实不然，这种说法非常片面。如果基础不好，又不仔细阅读，抓住的大意往往都不是关键。要想把自己的阅读能力提高到“一目十行”的境界，首先你必须要做到“十目一行”。

2、阅读。大量精读后就必须转到阅读。时限可以以考试时间为准，也可根据自己的实际情况确定，我们的目标是又快又准。

总之，当你真正做到听说先行，同时扩大阅读量和提高阅读技能后，你的脑中就人积淀了许多可想、可说的事情。写作时也就言之有物，下笔如神了。

词汇篇

词汇是英语学习的基础。只有具备了一定的词汇量才能进行外语的听、说、读、写、译训练。根据《大学英语教学大纲》的要求，大学英语词汇的学习大致可以分为三个重要阶段：即四级，六级，六级后阶段。

四级词汇是4200个，六级词汇在此基础上增加1300个，六级后

再加1000个。这样整个大学英语的词汇量是6500个。最新调整的考研英语大纲，词汇量从以前的5300个调整至5500个，并且大纲中去掉了汉语释义，要求考生全面把握单词的各种含义。

单词的记忆是一个反复记忆再记忆的过程。无论采用何种记忆方法，都必须要经过记忆—遗忘—记忆—再遗忘—不断再记忆的过程。根据心理学家分析，一个单词只有在大脑中反复出现7—10次才能记住。开始的时候，一天记忆30-50个单词比较符合记忆习惯。充分利用各种可利用的时间反复记忆，才能真正记住。

背单词时可以尝试使用以下方法：

1.词根词缀记忆法

可以参考词根词缀的书，积累一些常用的词根，通过词根扩展词汇量。

2.联想记忆法

充分展开自己的想象力，通过近义归类联想，汉语谐音联想等方法。词汇的记忆过程是大脑进行思维的过程，只有使用有效的方法才能提高效率。

3.语境记忆法

放在一个特定的语言环境中记忆单词，可以记住同一个单词在特定的上下文语境的多种含义。

听力篇

根据《大学英语教学大纲》的要求，大学英语四级考试听力部分的语速是每分钟130-150个单词，六级考试的语速达每分钟160-180个单词。大纲对于语速的要求提高了，并且语音也开始丰富。

提高听力应该从以下几方面着手

1.严把语音关

许多同学练习听力时常常碰到这样的问题：一段对话听了好多遍还是听不懂，对照原文时却没有发现任何生词。这很可能是一些基本的语音问题所造成的。所以应该从纠音开始突破听力。

语音的问题需要注意以下几个方面：单个音标的发音，连读，失去爆破，重音和语调。

2.扩大听力的词汇量，熟悉英文的惯用表达

在背单词的时候，一定要注意对单词发音的掌握。因为音和义是密不可分的整体。找一本有录音磁带的单词书。这种记忆方法不仅可以通过听音帮助记忆，也可以给听力打下良好的基础。

3.熟悉场景

跟单词的记忆一样,听力也应该放在不同的场景中练习，熟悉不同场景的各种表达方式。输入和输出是相辅相成的。例如旅馆场景，电话场景，餐馆场景，机场场景等。

4.精听与泛听相结合

精听是基础。所谓精听是指力求把录音材料上的内容完全听透彻。可以采取以下几个

步骤：首先听其大意。第一遍时把握主旨大意即可。第二遍要逐句听，把每句话听透。尽量不要参考录音文字材料。第三遍时在精听的基础上，将听过的信息全部写下来。这样就可以查缺补漏，真正找到自己听力的薄弱环节。

泛听是保障。泛听时选取合适的材料很重要。初级水平时可以听《新概念》第二册，英语九百句等。中级水平是可以选择《新概念》第三册，走遍美国。也可以听中国国际广播电台的英语新闻或者voa 的慢速英语新闻。高级水平时可以听电影原声录音。

阅读篇

大学英语四级考试的阅读理解部分共有四篇短文，每篇文章的长度大约在230—280词之间，每篇文章5道题，要求在35分钟内完成。六级阅读与四级阅读的考试模式一样，但是文章长度和难度均有所增加。

提高阅读水平建议从以下几点进行突破：

1.精读为主，多背诵经典篇章。

选一本经典教材，比如《新概念》,坚持进行精读训练。精读可以从以下几点进行：首先放在语境中体会单词，词组的用法。并且记住一些重要的单词和词组。然后体会句子的结构，句式的安排，句与句之间的衔接。并且尝试翻译其中的一些句子，对经典句子进行复述和背诵。最后对一些经典的文章应该背诵。文章背多了，英文的感悟力就会不断提高。

2.进行泛读，扩大阅读量

泛读贵在坚持。每个星期坚持读一份英文报纸，每个月坚持读一本英文杂志。坚持下来就是量变到质变的过程了。泛读时应该涉猎各种类型的文章，可以先从自己熟悉话题，自己感兴趣的话题开始。泛读时主要体会文章的主要意思，不要总是局限在个别词或者词组的层面上。

3.熟悉英美文化背景

影响阅读速度的因素除了单词量，词组，句法结构以外还有背景知识。在大学一，二年级时可以读一些简介英美国家知识的读物，熟悉英语国家的政治，经济，教育，文化等方面的知识，对于理解语言本身一定大有裨益。因为语言与文化是不能割裂开的。而且通过文化的角度去体会英文，一定会发现语言的学习不是枯燥的单调记忆过程，而是在心中有一扇崭新的窗户被打开的过程了。

最后，英语的学习是一个长期坚持的过程，日积月累就一定能取
