《电信岗位竞聘报告》

今年以来，xxxx的发展面临严峻的挑战，群雄逐鹿、硝烟弥漫是当前电信市场的形象比喻。为了适应日益加剧的电信市场竞争态势，积极应对加入wto所面临的新挑战，我们必须树立以市场为导向、以顾客为中心的现代营销观念，进一步加强上海电信的营销策划和推广工作。

营销策划和推广工作是为了配合营销战略的实施，因而作为营销策划人员要时刻明确公司的工作目标和工作重心，并紧紧围绕这一工作重心开展工作。我认为的营销策划和推广工作首先要以创新的电信营销理念为指导，抓住商业客户群体的特性来开展各类市场营销活动，同时要加强对电信产品和目标商业客户进行充分调查和分析，并在此基础上进行目标市场细分、组合电信产品和服务。最终为客户提供更多、更新和更好的产品和服务，最大限度的满足客户需求，推动各项新业务的发展，促进公司业务收入的增加，进一步提升客户的满足度和忠诚度。在具体工作中要在明确工作目的性的前提下，提高工作效率，达到事半功倍的效果。

如果我应聘成功，我将认真履行岗位职责，努力要求自己在今后的工作中从更高的角度去思考问题和解决问题，更宏观更全面地研究市场策略，并从以下几个方面开展工作：

一、搞好电信市场调查与分析

随着电信市场环境不断变化、信息通信技术发展突飞猛进、市场需求瞬息万变，必须通过开展形式多样的电信市场调查，广泛收集社

会经济、消费者需求、市场变化、竞争对手、企业发展及国内外电信发展状况等各方面信息和数据，逐步建立和完善电信市场调查与分析信息系统，使电信市场调查与分析制度化、规范化、连续化。在科学的理论指导下，运用各种定性和定量分析方法，对电信发展的历史、现状和趋势进行深入细致的分析，参与市场营销的策划和评估，提示电信发展的内在规律，及时地发现问题和找出问题的症结，并提出切实可行的对策和措施，为企业更好地搞好市场经营工作，占领市场、实现集约化经营服务。

二、制定正确、有效的市场营销策略

营销策略要灵活多变，不断创新;坚持整合营销，走出过分依赖价格杠杆的误区，树立大营销的观念;建立健全企业市场营销机制，充分调动广大市场营销人员的积极性和创造性;切实转变营销观念，真正树立以市场为导向、以顾客为中心的现代营销观念;实施品牌经营战略，不断提高企业形象;根据市场环境的变化和信息技术发展的状况，不断开发新业务，寻找新的业务经济增长点。

三、强化产品创新与完善

在产品策划中注重业务模式、交费、包装、宣传、促销、渠道、市场推广活动、业务流程等一系列方面，各项策划做到周密、严谨、具有可操作性，进行过程控制，进行量化和检查成效，并及时总结提出改进意见，将各项策划做实。

四、提升服务理念与服务水平

未来的市场竞争将是产品和服务的双重比拼，只有良好的服务才

能留住客户，在今后的工作中首先要多从客户的角度来看待电信服务及电信产品，制定电信产品的服务提升策划方案，通过有计划、有步骤的工作来完善电信自身服务水平，提高企业核心竞争力。

同时在工作中应发挥灵活性、主动性、客观性，在大营销的形势下做到解释的一致性和服务的一致性。通过提升服务理念与服务水平更好的服务于客户，不断增强企业竞争力，并促进公司新产品、新业务的推广，实现业务收入的增加，真正达到共赢的目标。

自xx年进入电信公司以来，我先后从事过s-1240维护、isdn技术支撑、营销策划工作，对电信市场有了比较全面的了解。通过参与市场营销的策划和评估工作，我认识到了营销策划工作的重要性，并积累了一定的市场经验，提高了市场分析能力，同时结合市场成功开展了一系列的×××业务市场策划活动。如和×××节目组合作推出了电话入围拨打热线，该热线做到了普通电话费拨打，又能承受大话务量冲击的特性，项目得到了企业、电信公司和广大彩民的认可，在获得良好的社会效应的同时也取得了良好的经济效益，之后在这基础上又争取到了xxx的有奖发票拨打热线项目，成功地开发了xxx业务的应用并予以规范，为××电信树立了良好的品牌形象。
