四类（6—4分）未能按要求完成规定的写作任务。只包含少数内容要点，结构不完整，多数语句欠完整，意思不够清楚。语法结构和词汇错误较多，影响理解，格式不够正确，书写欠规范。

五类（3—0分）未能按要求完成规定的写作任务。只写出个别要点，结构不完整，多数语句不完整或意思不明，语法和词汇错误很多，书写不规范。

评分细则：

内容完整(6分)：

1.覆盖所有内容要点，并能围绕短文主题适当地发挥，6分；

2.虽然遗漏掉一两个次要的内容要点，但基本上表达了短文的主要内容，4—5分；

3.漏掉了3个内容要点，但基本上还是围绕话题进行描述，2—3分；

4.因未能正确理解试题的意思，而漏掉或未描述清楚主要内容，写了一些无关内容，1分；

5.未能传达任何信息；或内容太少（只有一个句子或个别单词、短语），0分。

语言准确（5分）：

1.应用了较复杂的语法结构和丰富的词汇，没有语法结构和词汇错误，具备较强的语言应用能力，卷面整洁，没有拼写和标点等错误，5分；

2.所运用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求，语法结构或词汇方面应用基本准确，卷面书写清晰，只有个别拼写和标点符号等错误。个别错误主要原因是尝试较复杂语法结构或词汇所致，3—4分；

3.语法结构单调，词汇较贫乏，有较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响了写作内容的表达，字迹基本清楚，拼写和标点错误较多，2分；

4.语法结构单调，词汇量少，有较多语法结构或词汇的用法错误，不能正确表达提示内容，字迹难以辨别，单词拼写和标点符号错误较多，1分；

5.只写出个别句子或单词，词不达意，不成文，字迹不清，卷面混乱，0分。

行文流畅（3分）：

1.文章结构组织严谨，应用了较复杂的语言结构，上下文意思连贯，完全达到了试题的写作要求，3分；

2.文章结构组织比较紧凑，应用了较简单的语言结构，上下文意思基本连贯，基本上达到了试题的写作要求，2分；

3.文章组织结构有些混乱，应用较简单的语言结构，上下文意思有些不连贯，表达不流畅，1分；

4.文章结构组织有较混乱，较少使用语句间的连接成分，内容缺少连贯性，0.5分

5.只写出个别句子或单词，缺乏句子之间的连接成分，谈不上文章中句子的联系，语无伦次，不知所云，无法成文或传递完整信息，0分。

三、具体操作程序：

1.认真、仔细地阅读学生作品，根据文章的内容完整性、语言准确性、行文流畅性初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次。

2.关注三个要点的表达。

三个要点赋分分别为：

第一个要点（2分）

内容(1分)：表明观点、简要说明；语言准确性(0.5分)；行文流畅性(0.5分)

第二个要点是文章的重点（10分），围绕中心论点，陈述三个分论点，观点与论据统一，分论点有适当的解释或叙述，有一定的说服力；语法、句式、词汇准确，表达形式丰富；行文流畅，意思连贯。

内容完整性(4.5分)：陈述理由3分、简要说明1.5分

语言准确性(4分)：语法、句式、词汇准确，表达丰富

行文流畅性（1.5分）：行文流畅、意思连贯

第三个要点（2分）

内容(1分)：表明观点、简要说明；语言准确性(0.5分)；行文流畅性(0.5分)

3.字数及整体印象占1分；

4.多于两处拼写或语法错误采用扣分制。

拼写错误一处扣0.5分；语法、句法错误一处扣1分。

5.最后综合以上因素调整档次并打分。
