本课的核心内容是生日。生日对于学生来说是非常熟悉的。本节课主要是在学生掌握了一定的有关生日的日常用语的基础上,将教学内容进行适当的扩展和延伸,培养学生实际运用语言的能力。

3重点难点

根据本课的教学内容和学生对知识的理解程度,结合本课的教学目标与学习目标,确定本课的重点、难点。

学情分析:五年级的小学生,已经具备较扎实的英语基础知识与较强的语言技能学习能力,模仿、记忆能力较强,本课教学内容直接贴入学生生活实际,学生有一定的生活经验,包括潜能生学习起来也会积极性很高;性格普遍活泼好动,爱玩、爱活动、爱与人交流,有自我意识,具备较强的接受能力;有的学生能掌握正确的学习策略,比如:自己能独立预习、查找资料、利用工具书等;有些学生对英语的学习情绪高涨,而有些则表现出缺乏持续性。

⑷能正确读出字母组合sk在单词中的发音,并能迁移到其他含有该字母组合的单词拼读中。

⑸能根据自身情况树立符合实际的职业理想,做一个对社会有用的人。

2学情分析

1.五年级的学生已经掌握了一定的英语词汇,能够说出一定的职业名称如:teacher, doctor, driver, fireman等。需要老师在学习新课时复习一下加以巩固,为之后的新句型打基础。

2.五年级的学生已经接触过单数第三人称,但用单数第三人称进行句型训练时还容易出错。

3重点难点

词汇:cook, pilot, taxi driver, future, in the future

句型:What do you want to be? I want to be…

活动1【导入】导入

利用游戏,复习旧单词,从而引出本课的新单词,具体操作如下: 教师把doctor, nurse, driver等单词卡片朝下放在桌上。一名学生抽一张卡片,用动作扮演卡片上的职业,让其他学生猜职业名称。教师先来一句开场白:“同学们,你们有没有梦想过长大以后要成为一个怎么样的人?What do you want to be in the future? 请同学们一一回答。然后请一位同学上台做上面那个游戏,扮演其中一个职业,让其他同学猜。哪个同学猜中了,就请他扮演下一个职业。

以上几个职业的单词扮演完后,接着教师再说:“You’re wonderful! 活动2【讲授】新课呈现

通过Think and write栏目,问答激活学生在四年级上册学过的有关职业的单词,并引出新授单词cook, pilot, taxi driver。

学生朗读单词taxi driver。

?利用分组读,分男女读,开火车读,自由读等形式巩固新单词。

活动3【练习】练习

Play a game: 教师或学生准备单词卡或图片卡,学生结对子,玩Pl ay a game 的游戏。游戏方式为:S1 抽取卡片,问S2 是否其理想职业。如S1抽中的不是S2 理想中的工作,S2 回答No,I don’t. 然

后用I want to be ... I want to ... 描述自己的理想工作。然后两人互换角色。

学生独立完成Think and write 的练习。然后请个别生大声读出自己的答案,全班同学判断该同学的答案是否正确。之后学生分组,根据各自的兴趣、能力和理想填写卡片,并互相问答。

Module2 Me, my family and friends《Unit1 Grandparents》1教学目标

1)学习和掌握词汇:e-mail, chess, once, twice, times等,做到音、形、义的统一;学习日常生活中的一些特定动词词组,如write a n e-mail, go shopping, play chess等;学习和运用频度类词组,如once a week, twice a year等;同时,进一步巩固和操练频率副词,如usually, often, sometimes等。

2)学习运用新句型How often…?来进行活动频度的问答;通过What do you do with…?等相关问题的问答来进一步表达与长辈之间的互动和联系;同时,通过阅读了解中西方有关尊老的传统与故事。

3)学习并掌握字母-a, -u, -o以及字母组合-ar的发音,比较单元音/ɑ:/和/ Λ/的发音区别。

2学情分析

经历了四年多的英语学习,学生已经掌握并积累了一定数量的词汇与一些重要的、常见的语法与时态,已经初步具备了一定的英语技能。对我校五年级学生来说,学生之间存在着一定的学习差距,有的学生对英语学习有较高的兴趣,上课较为专心,有着较为强烈的表现欲望,也愿意与他人分享学习的成果和快乐。但也有些同学连基本的读背都成问题。

3重点难点

重点:了解重阳节的节日时间,人们通常安排的节日活动以及品尝的传统食物。

难点:结合已有旧知,在模仿文本的过程中,将春节、中秋节和端午节的节日特点进行整合,加以表述。
