一、实习目的

为了将在学校课堂所学的知识转化为实际工作能力，为了能更好地了解自我、提高自己社会活动的能力，开始了我的实习生活。

二、实习岗位

我主要负责教初一学生的英语阅读和写作，从这份为期较短的实习工作中我获得了一些和学生沟通和教好英语课程的技巧，也对在工作中如何应对人际关系有了进一步的认识。

三、实习内容

在实习工作中，我每天给初一英语基础班的同学上两节课，一节是英语阅读课，一节是英语写作课。当然除了每天的课时外还有一些其他的工作，像办公室卫生的打扰，学生情况的打理以及学生出勤记录等等。虽然工作很累，尤其是刚开始很生疏，但慢慢也就适应了，做的工作虽多，获益也更多。一个勤奋的员工往往更受组织的青睐，得到的机会也

更多。在英语阅读课上，我根据学生的接受能力形成了富有针对性的教学方法，当然，由于学生水平的参差不齐，这其中有很多不得不折中考虑。我的一般上课流程是：根据机构发的教学资料，有重要价值的课文就精讲，不太重要的就粗略的讲解，其中包括文章的翻译，新单词、句型、语法和中考真题的讲解。由于机构配置了阅读真题资料，我挑出一些作为家庭作业让学生完成。不过，在课堂上我也会就学生在英语学习其他方面的不足加以指正，比如发音不准，单词记忆方法差而造成的词汇量低的情况。每节课我都会留一小部分时间让那个学生们做各种游戏，有时我自己也会参与甚至邀请其他老师一起参与，这让课堂气氛活跃不少，进一步拉近了学生和我的距离。不过，作为一个老师，在和学生相处的过程中还是时刻以自身为表率，避免对学生不良的影响;而且，也并不是要一味的和学生亲近，还是要有个适宜的度，要有适当的距离，不能造成过度宠溺而无一丝威严。在实际的教学工作中，我认为老师还是要有个老师的样子，严格要求自己，给学生做个好榜样，这样更利于教学工作的推行。而且，现在的课堂应该充满活力，多开展一些有学习意义和趣味性的小活动，让学生在快乐中学习，更加热爱学习，师
