【摘要】目的：进一步研究中风辨证施护的护理要点，为患者提供更佳护理方案。方法：选取2011年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的65例中风患者的临床资料进行详细研究，在基础护理之外，为其实施辨证护理。结果：通过积极的辨证施护，15例治愈，49例好转，1例死亡，5例患者出现便秘、褥疮等并发症。结论：针对患者不同的中风类型进行辨证施护，同时结合患者病情针对性的调整护理措施，能够提高护理效果。%Objective:Further study key point of apoplexia dialectical nursing,providing better care for patients.Method:Choose January to December 2011 in the author’s hospital clinical data of 65 apoplexia patients in detail research,in basic nursing,dialectical nursing for it.Result:By positive dialectical nursing,15 cases were cured,49 cases were improved,I case died,discharge,only 5 patients complications in patients with constipation,bedsore etc. Conclusion:For different type of apoplexia of dialectical nursing of patients,with adjustment for the nursing measures,to improve the nursing effect.
