Abstract：The paper presents the exploitation tools and running environment of personal file information management system,xpatiates on the analysis and design course,and describes the development and implementation course in detail,then discusses the implementation course of the system＇s main function modules,at the same time,mostly analyzes and investigates the privotal technologies which referred in the system exploitation course.
