这篇文章主要探讨大学教育学费应该由谁来支付的问题。这个话题其实是模凌两可的，两方面观点都可以展开去说，并不像之前的题目那样有个明显的倾向性。所以，这对于考生来说并不是一个太难的题目，正反两方面内容，分论点，论据都比较充足。

?学校的责任与重点

Some people say university students should pay for their tuition fees. Some other say the government should pay for the tuition fees. What is your opinion?

在回答这个题目的时候，考生需要注意以下几点：1. 不要用现实社会现状来当做理由和论据。可能很多学生会说现在全世界大多数国家的大学学费是需要学生来支付的，这其中必有道理。其实，这个题目的目的就是让考生去表达出自己的想法，然后加以证明即可。2. 不要纠结government. 根据朗阁雅思考试研究中心专家们的经验，很多考生可能都会说到学费可以由大学拉赞助，以奖学金的形式支付给学生。这里考生把重点放到了政府和学生之外的第三方。这种讨论并没有错，只是有一些非常规，不太符合雅思的要求。一般的雅思话题都有两个完全的对立面。如果考生认为应该由第三方来解决的话，那么可以把这一条放在最后的结尾，当成一个建议来说，而不是放到主体段，否则会干扰考生的观点。3. 很多学生会想到很多贫穷的家庭付不起学费这个观点。这个观点看起来似乎合情合理，但其实不然。因为学生负担不起并不代表政府就有义务来支付。如果按照这个逻辑，那很多家庭买不起车，政府难道还要帮每个家庭买车吗？所以，这个论证的关键在于强调教育是基本权利的问题。

?政府有责任和义务来支付学生的学费。教育是学生的基本权利，不应该有人因为金钱问题，支付不起学费而被剥夺接受教育的权利。无论如何，政府最重要的职责都

是带动社会发展与推进。在现今社会，科技逐渐成为一个国家经济，社会发展的重

要推动力。如何能够掌握这些先进科学技术知识就成为了政府职责的重中之重。显

然，培养各个领域的人才是掌握这些科技的重要手段和方法。所以，向大众提供教

育，从而让学生以后能够成为社会的重要人才就成为了政府的基本责任。

?现在的教育费用已经变的非常昂贵。在中国，一所公立大学一年的学费将近一万元，而在一些私立大学，这个数字可能会涨到两到三万元，这相当于很多家庭一年的收入。对于很多贫穷的家庭来说，他们根本没有能力来支付这笔费用。因为没有钱而剥夺学生接受教育的权利是不公平的。因为对于这部分人群来说，让孩子接受高等教育，掌握先进的专业知识，从而找到更好的工作是他们脱贫致富的唯一途径。如果孩子们无法接受教育，那这种一代比一代更穷的情况就会形成恶性循环从而持续下去。

?很多孩子可能会对某一个方面很有天赋。如果他们无法接受教育，那么他们这方面的天赋就无法发挥，这对于国家来说也是一种损失。可能社会就会因此失去了一个比尔盖茨，或者是乔布斯。其实，大学学费贵，让政府来支付的话，固然是一个负担，但是政府可以将其视为一种投资，学生以后到社会上为社会发展做出贡献，也是对于政府投入的一种回报。

Cons:

?对于政府来说，支付所有学生的学费是一笔非常大的费用。政府的资金有限，并且已经有了合理的分配。如果政府将很大一部分资金投入到支付学费这个方面，那么我们的社会必将会面临没有足够的钱去修建更多的道路，去建设更多的医院等等，而这些事情与教育是同等重要的。

?很多人可能会提出让政府支付部分贫穷学生的费用。如果是这样的话，那如何界定贫穷的界限就成为了一个重要的问题。这其中可能会出现界定不合理，腐败等等导致最终不公平的现象。

这篇文章的整体难度比较低，主要是问高中生毕业后在上大学之前应该去旅游或者应该去做兼职工作。但是，这篇文章在审题方面仍然有几个问题需要学生去注意。首先，很多学生容易将这篇文章的两个对立面混淆。有学生可能会将这个题目理解为学生在上大学之前应该花一年时间去旅游还是去做兼职工作。如果这样理解题目的话，那这篇文章就跑题了。其实旅游和做兼职工作是并列关系，并不是对立关系。那么，反方就是不旅游，不做兼职。所以，正确的分析题目是学生避免一上来就文章跑题的重要法宝。在具

?高中生的升学压力非常大。对于很多高中毕业生来说，高考前的折磨使他们非常疲惫。所以，为了更好的迎接大学生活，高中生应该出去旅游从而能够释放积攒已久的压力，来达到放松的目的。同时，在全球化发展日益快速的今天，不同地区，不同国家之间的文化融合已经变的越发的频繁。因此，现今学生应该具备更好的全球观。旅游能够使学生开拓他们的视野，了解不同国家的文化，增长他们的知识，充分了解校园之外的世界与生活。

?对于很多普通家庭来说，大学的学费尤其昂贵。在一些私立大学，这笔费用可能会达到一年几万元，相当于一个家庭半年，甚至一年的收入。所以，如果学生能够利用这个假期的时间去打工，能够很大程度上减轻家里的经济负担。很多学生完全可以通过大学前的打工生活积攒起一部分学费和生活的费用。就算是对于家境不错的学生来说，学生也可以通过打工的机会积累一些钱用于做有用的事情。

?很多高中生在这个阶段其实并不清楚自己究竟想做什么，从事什么方向的工作。如果这时候学生能够给自己一些实际体验的机会，尝试不同类型的工作，就能够更好的了解自己的兴趣在哪里，从而能够在大学选择专业的时候做出更准确的判断。如果学生在这一年的打工时间里表现突出，成绩优异的话，还可能博得老板的信任，为以后大学毕业后获得在这个公司就业的机会打下坚实的基础。

?学生利用上大学之前一年的时间去了解社会固然很重要，但是学生同样需要意识到学习更加重要。大学的学业会非常繁重，难度也会变大，因为学生要在这四年的时间里学很多专业知识。因此，学生需要花一定的时间去准备。如果选择旅游的话，他们可能就会太过于放松，而忘掉高中所学习的知识，这必将对他们适应大学的课程造成一定的障碍。

对于高中毕业生来说，他们所找的工作仅仅局限于那些能够让他们赚到钱，但没有任何技术含量的工作。公司不可能将一些重要的工作分配给高中毕业生来做，因为他们还没有积累到什么专业的知识和工作经验。所以，对于这些高中生来说，这样的工作经验并没有什么太大的价值。
