随着新时期作战形式的发展,海军对抗演习训练实战化的程度越来越高。为了检验对抗演习训练的效果及进一步优化对抗训练的方案,需要事后对战术战法研究、操作使用方法复查、干扰反干扰训练和战术性能跟踪验证进行分析。战后推演需要将战时所有的过程实时记录并逐次回放,音视频记录回放设备能够满足显示终端显示画面信号和音频信号的记录、存储、传输和回放问题,如实记录操作屏幕显示的所有内容,包括操作员的实时操作过程的画面,为改善对抗演习方案提供手段。传统的作战系统视频记录只是简单记录一下系统的报文数据,数据量较小,利用主板就可以完成报文的记录回放。随着系统对记录的要求越来越高,传统的报文记录方式不能满足目前的音视频记录需求,一些新的系统项目上开始对音视频记录提出需求。本文提出了一种通用音视频记录回放技术设计。1总体方案设计系统总体结构如图1所示,视频解码模块负责将外部输入的16路电视视频、2路DVI 视频、2路VGA 视频进行解码,解码后视频送给FPGA 芯片进行预处理,将处理后的数据直接送给DSP 芯片的VP 口,进行数据压缩,压缩后数据通过SATA 控制器存储在板载的硬盘中,或者通过网络将压缩的数据发送出去;音视频回放时,通过SATA 控制器将硬盘中的数据读出,利用芯片的解压缩IP 核对音视频进行解码,解码后的数据恢复为2路DVI 视频信号和2路音频信号;外部主机可通过网络或者串口对音视频记录回放模块进行控制,也可以通过USB 接口或者网口将板载的硬盘的数据导出,利用通用的音视频播放器进行播放。 2硬件设计 2.1硬件总体设计音视频记录回放模块在硬件设计上采用“核心处理板+输入输出接口板”方式实现,核心处理板实现所有的视频处理功能,主要包括SoC 、NandFlash 、DDR 、PHY 以及电源等硬件资源,输入输出接口板实现音视频的输入、输出接口电路,并实现音视频输入输出通路的切换选择。核心芯片采用TI 公司的DM8168芯片。TI Davinci SoC 内部集成一个1.2GHz Cortex -A8ARM 核与一个1GHz C674X DSP 内核,此外SoC 还集成有3个时钟高达600MHz 的视频协处理器硬核,能够完全满足高达4路的1080P@30fps 的高清视频编解码要求,同时提供充分的其它数据处理能力,能够完全满足同时实现2路音视频编码+2路音视频解码的任务的需要。 2.2DSP 处理模块设计采用DM8168实现接入终端所有运算、控制及图像编解码功能;采用1GB@800MHz 的DDR3作为内部存储器,实现数据的缓存,并支持2GB 的内存扩展;采用1GB 16bits 的Nand?Flash 作为程序及数据存储器,用于存储系统程序、应用程序、配置数据;采用64G SATA 硬盘提供存储视频文件;提供1个100/1000MB 网络接口,用于实现控制或数据传输;通过Samtec 高速数据板级接口,实现2路数字视频输入,2路数字视频输以及相应数据或控制接口McBSP 、McASP 、I 2C 、SPI 、UART 、GPIO 、MDIO 、GMII 、USB 、GPMC 等与输入输出接口板连接;为了满足系统后期可能存在扩展的使用,Davinci SoC 提供的PCIe 、SATA 接口、USB 接口均引出备用;核心处理板还提供以太网口、RS232接口及JTAG 接口,以用于程序的烧录和软件调试。2.3接口设计2.3.1音频接口模拟音视频接口电路选择TI 公司的TLV320AIC3104芯片实现,该芯片是一款集成模数转换(A /D )和数模转换(D /A )的一种音视频记录回放系统设计唐辉(江苏自动化研究所,江苏连云港222006) 窦强(海军驻连云港七一六所军事代表室,江苏连云港222006) One Audio and Video Recording and Playback Technology 摘要:提出了一种基于光纤传输的通用音视频记录回放技术,详述了设计思想、工作原理、硬件架构、软件架构。并对达芬奇ARM 、DSP 、压缩核协同控制技术、多路音视频同步记录设计技术、均衡图像增强处理技术以及高速信号光纤传输等关键技术进行了研究,对于远距离的通用音视频记录回放提供了一种可以借鉴的方法。关键词:协同控制;记录回放;同步记录 Abstract 押This paper shows a method of audio and video recording and playback technology熏and introduces the design ideas熏hardware architecture熏software architecture熏and detailed working principles.The key technologies such as Vinici ARM熏DSP熏compressed kernel cooperative control technology熏multi-channel audio and video synchronous recording technology熏im?age enhancement processing technology and high-speed signal optical transmission are studied in this paper.
