Custom makes all things easy

Ladies and Gentlemen, Good afternoon! Bernard Shaw said, people like the habit, because it is the creation of their own. Habit is a good thing, and good things never die. At the same time, good habit is good thing, since good things never die. So, I’m very glad to stand here and give you a speech about good customs.

Many successful people living around me have good habits. For example, my friend is used to reading English for at least one hour every day, and she often recite the passages and memorize the words and phrases. So she can speak English fluently and write English articles quickly and truly. We all admire that she can master a second language. Custom making all things easy happens every moment and everywhere in my life.

For me, I like sport so l am used to doing exercises, playing basketball, running, tennis and so on, I had a unhealthy body ,and seldom exercised once, but thanks to this good habit, now, I am very healthy.

At last, I want to tell you that customs are developed by ourselves. Good habits make good life. Every day we read the book, we will have much knowledge, and develop good habits. Every day we wash our hands before meals, by daily insisting, we will get a clean meal. Someone said, "if you are not the best, you are the master of the worst.". Habits are created by ourselves, and we can't let the habits preside over our life.
