不规律的生活,繁忙的工作以及社交应酬,使得白领男士们很难有固定的回家时间。并且,对现在的很多男人来说,下班就回家像是一种无能的表现,所以他们中的很多人更愿意在酒吧或是练歌房里度过夜晚的时间。既然晚归是常事,保障充足的睡眠就是一件不太可能的事了。人体是一架极精密的机器,按生物钟有规律地运行。人为地违反生物钟,无疑又使自己向不健康迈了一大步。

缺少体育和体力活动。长时间的伏案工作,不是在文件就是在电脑前度过近十个小时,忙碌得甚至连抬一下头的时间都没有。肌肉饥饿是现代人面临的一大危害。按钮式生产、久坐式工作、久卧式生活,易导致骨质疏松和其他疾病。紧张的脑力劳动可使神经体液调节失常,导致脂类代谢紊乱,血胆固醇升高。

吸烟。烟是很多男士忠实的伙伴,在烟雾里思考,在烟雾里休息和放松,在烟雾里驱赶疲劳。虽然无数媒介都在宣传吸烟有害,但我国的烟民还是持续壮大。大量临床案例表明,吸烟与肺、口腔、咽、食管等癌症相关,于人于己无半点好处。
