I’m eage r to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University.

So I resigned in August ， 2008 and started the way to pursuing my studies. After about half year’s hard work，I’m finally standing before your honorable professors n ow. I’m really excited. 考研复试四大场景

考研复试一般持续三天时间，有的可能长一点。其中，最关键的就四个场景。分别是报道审核、外语听力测试、专业课笔试和实践操作。各个场景的发生的时间、地点、人和事以及自己要怎么做等，都很重要。下面分别予以详述。

报道审核

时间：通常是在考研复试第一天早上或下午。

地点：一般是在招生单位院系教务办公室。

人和事：专门负责研究生教务的老师会按要求核查考生的身份信息。

场景细说：审核身份信息是第一关，同学们要提前准备好身份证、准考证、成绩单原件、学位证、学历证或学生证以及学籍认证等相关证件。还有就是有分量的获奖证书等材料也要带上。在报道时尽可能早一点去，把各种证书、材料等收拾整齐拿给老师看。具体要准备哪些证书材料?请参看《2015考研复试：不可不知重要加分项》这篇文章。

专业课笔试

时间：一般是在报道之后的第二天。

地点：各院系的教室。

人和事：跟初试很像，同学们坐在一个教室在规定的时间做完试题。

场景细说：专业课笔试的场景大家都应该很熟悉，就是在教室里坐着答题。不同的是与你坐在同一个教室答题的人是你最直接的竞争对手，这是面对面的厮杀。有的招生单位如西电通信专业的复试题目考查范围非常广，题量也很大，基本不可能全部做完。当然，也有的比较少。

笔者当年复试就是做了几道大的’分析论述题，题量虽然不大，但是想答好确实不容易。所以，在这里提醒大家要提前找到参考书、考试大纲、范围甚至真题等，认真仔细研究几遍。一定要注意，复试试卷是有导师批阅的，所以，笔试考出好成绩绝对能给导师留下好印象。

外语听力

时间：一般是在报道当天的下午或第二天早上。

地点：一般是在教学楼的某个教室。

人和事：这跟考四六级很相似，所有考生坐在一起听听力做试卷。

场景细说：教育部明确规定，每个招生单位都必须组织进行外语听力测试，只是考查的形式由招生单位自定。有的高校研究生院会统一组织所有复试考生参加听力测试。有的高校院系会单独组织测试，也有的把听力测试与口语测试统一放在面试当中进行。具体是那种形式，研苞们现在就要查清楚。一般情况下，如果是统一测试，试题难度与英语六级相仿。难度还是不小，同学们现在要全力做练习。

面试

时间：一般是报道后第二天，持续十几分钟到半个小时等。

地点：院系办公室或教室。

人和事：考生与导师面对面交流。

场景细说：面试场景可以用“面对面交流”这几个字简单概括。然而，这确是整个复试过程中最核心的环节，基本决定了谁成功谁失败。同时，这也是考生们最不熟悉最担心的部分。下面把这一个环节又细分为以下三个场景，并分别予以描述。研苞们要反复思考练习，准备好应对之策。

自我介绍：刚开始导师与考生相互不了解，考生也会比较紧张。这

种情况下，导师会让考生进行自我介绍。这个时候用的是汉语，如果用英语会让考生更加紧张。这一段我介绍很关键，是展现你自己的一个大好机会。时间肯定不会超过五分钟，所以同学们一定要反复斟酌这段话，突出但不要放大自己的核心竞争力。

回答问题：自我介绍之后，老师可能会根据你个人的经历问一些问题。所以，在进行自我介绍的过程中，千万不能不懂装懂，尽可能选择自己熟悉了解的东西。一旦被老师抓着一个问题不放，而你又支支吾吾的回答，肯定不能给导师留下好印象。当然，也可能会问一些有关家乡、本科学校等一些比较轻松的问题。

除此之外，导师还会问几个有关专业的问题。一般有两种方式：随机发问和考生抽签。无论哪种方式，同学们在回答之前可以请导师给你30秒的准备时间。迅速构思好答案之后，再以平稳的语气有条理的回答问题。一个原则是知道多少说多少，态度要诚恳不要弄虚作假。否则会死的很难看。

还有一点，一般坐在中间的导师可能是院系学科专业的负责人，会率先发问。之后旁边的其他导师会相继问问题。一个接着一个，直到问完为止。回答完专业课问题，接下来应该是外语口语测试。之前如果没有进行统一外语听力测试，那就会放在这个环节。

口语测试：这个环节一般会交由该院系外语水平比较好的老师负责。常用的方式如提问、抽签等类似于前面的专业交流，只不过都换成了用外语交流。至于具体问题常见的有自我介绍、读过什么书、对某个人物的看法及翻译某段话等。

发问老师会根据考生英语水平控制时间，一般也就几分钟，不会超过10分钟。其实，一开始说几句，导师基本就能判断出考生的英语水平。虽然时间短，但是，同学们从现在起就要开始做准备。怎样过关?请参看《2015考研复试：外语口语如何过关?》这篇文章。

实践操作

时间：一般是在报道之后的第二天。

地点：机房或实验室等。

人和事：考生按要求在电脑上完成相应的上机操作。或者在实验室完成某个试验。

场景细说：这个环节是理工农医等要求较强动手操作能力的专业必考的科目，而且所占分值较高。这些考查项目都与自己平时学习积累有关。例如上机操作考编程，这就要求考生要有很强的动手实践能力。理工农学类做实验，就看你思路是否清晰，操作是否规范等。医学类专业的临床技能操作等都很重要。这些东西从书本上看不来，只能加强动手实践能力方面的训练。趁着现在还有时间，学校还未放假，想办法抓紧时间多练习。
