分析：此题为2010.6.19号雅思原题重复，总体来讲比较简单。此题需将对个人和社会的影响都点到才算回答问题完整。三种结构可供选择：利大于弊，弊大于利或利弊相当。换工作和居住地的对个人和社会好处：

1friendship--给一个人一个很好地机会去meet more friends

2personal development--环境的转变促使一个人必须得培养多元素质才能游刃有余

--toughness/horizons/insight/judgment/state of mind/time

management/flexibility/adaptability—所有这一切都会conducive to one’s personal development

3society—change—nothing endures but change—积极改变是推动社会不断向前发展的动力，而换工作和改变居住地一般是良性改变。--符合社会发展趋势。自由流动会在全社会形成帕累托(pareto)最优状态，即达到资源整体效用的最大化。换工作和居住地对个人和社会的弊端：1pressure—如果不能适应新工作和新居住地，压力山大。

2personal development—有时对个人发展也有弊端—uncertainty/instability/insecurity/can hardly score achievement/worry/fear/depression等负面情绪都会阻碍个人发展。

3society—对社会的弊端主要是两条：job-hopping 可能让一些企业垮掉，从而影响socialeconomy 而更换居住地使得social management变得困难。

结论：诚如黑格尔所言：What is rational is actual and what is actual is rational.也许，what really matters 不仅仅判断其到底是福是祸，更应该是倡导有序和理性的人才和人口流动。

结尾：on balance, 没有A的教育就好像是缺了compass的船而没有B的教育就像是走了岔路的车。也许，正是能将这两个目标完美结合起来，教育才能在过去、一直以来、现在并在未来继续映射自己的启迪之光。

四段式倾向赞同：

1背景：工作和度假的关系主题：一些人说一年至少应该放四周假目的：我倾向同意此观点。

2Admittedly, 反对这种做法的人绝不乏自己的道理：

A. cost--成本太高

B. focus--回不到工作状态。

3 However, more factors taken into consideration, 支持的理由显然更多。

A. pressure--解压的方式。

B. satisfaction--满足感。

C. chance--思考工作得使的机会。

4 结尾：On balance, 比起一直干，直到崩溃，度假的成本不算高。担心回不到工作状态在当前这样一个competitiveatmosphere也纯属杞人忧天。一个会解压，充满满足感且能不断思考工作得失的工人对于雇主和公司来说才是真正的财富。Thus, my own view is that 这种举措利大于弊，应该被鼓励，提倡和支持。

4Onbalance, 不能打着效率提高的幌子就得出结论讲说孩子应该watchTVregularlybothatschool and home. 有时，效率不一定高。有时，效率虽高但违背了教育和学习的本质。My own view is that 偶尔看

之做为learning的调节手段无可厚非。至于应被鼓励甚至硬性规定，难免过于ridiculousandabsurd.
