Hello, welcome to news time. I am Gao Zhihua, today's host.

On May 28, the third session of the 13th National People's Congress passed the "Civil Code Law of the people's Republic of China", which was officially implemented on January 1, 2021. This is the first law named after civil law in China.

"Civil law" can also be understood as "basic law of citizens". Its adoption is conducive to the development of our whole economy and society, and is a milestone for the progress of our legal construction.

There are some highlights in the designation of "Civil Code Law", such as "contract part", which makes up for some defects in our traditional civil law.

However, some articles of "Civil Code Law" have also caused extensive discussion in the society, among which the "divorce calm period" proposed has caused great public opinion impact. The rule content of "divorce calm period" is that both parties do not register immediately after the first application for divorce, and they can divorce only if they still decide to divorce one month after they go back to calm down. I think it has a certain effect on curbing hasty divorce, but the one who can really divorce will not change his mind, and the one who can't really leave is not affected by the calm period of divorce. Therefore, this calm period can be understood to be set for young people who want to divorce on impulse. After all, the divorce rate in our country has been increasing year by year. I hope that young people can think about it before they get married and avoid some effects caused by divorce.

That’s all. Thanks for your attention.

H(When? Where? Who? What? Why? 和How?),

What did the speaker want to tell us in the passage? The gates of Guantanamo were open to the media today.

When:Today Who:Guantanamo What:Open to the media 并列、递进关系:and、also、moreover、besides、what’s more等 2. 转折关系:but、however、otherwise、nevertheless、although等 3. 因果关系:bec ause、since、therefore、as a result等 4. 时间关系:earlier、formerly、previously、meanwhile、at the same time等 5. 表示举例:for example、such as、for instance等 6. 条件关系:if、in case、in the event that、supposing that等 有针对性地扩充词汇量 要分门别类的熟悉新闻报道中出现的高频词汇,例如经济类的Nuclear Energy、finance等,政治类的election、vote等,科技类的clinical、robot等,依此类推,还有军事、文化和体育等领域的词汇。

Oil ministers of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will bold an emergency meeting Friday to discuss What:An emergency meeting vail be held When:Friday Who:Oil Ministers Of the Organization of Petroleum Ex—poring Countries ? A general pattern in a news story is an inverted-pyramid style. It moves from the most important to the least important. The main idea usually occurs in the first one or two sentences. ?In long sentences, what can we focus on? Five main wh-elements: English sentence, like a tree, is composed by the trunk and leaves. Find the trunk and you will see the whole tree and then the wood.

1、NEW YORK-Australian mining enterprise Clive Palmer on Tuesday unveiled(公布)blueprints for TitanicⅡ, a modern copy of the doomed ocean liner, although he didn't call the ship unsinkable any more. The ship will largely recreate the design and decoration of the fabled original, with some m odifications to keep it in line with current safety rules and shipbuilding practices, and the addition of some modern comforts such as air conditioning, Palmer said at a press conference in New York. The three passenger classes, however, will be prevented from mingling(混杂), as in 1912, Palmer said. “I'm not too superstitious(迷信的).”Palmer said when asked whether recreating a ship bestknown for sinking was tempting fate. White Star Line, the operator of the original ship, had said the Titanic was designed to be unsinkable. About 1, 500 people died on Titanic’s maiden voyage in 1912 from Southampton to New Y ork after the ship collided with an iceberg in the North Atlantic. Palmer, who created the company Blue Star Line last year, refused to make a similar boast. “Anything will sink if you put a hole in it, ” Palmer said. “I think it would be very cavalier to say it.” Unlike the original, TitanicⅡwill have more than enough space in its lifeboats for every person on board and will have additional escape staircases. Markku Kanerva, sales director at Deltamarin, the Finnish company designing the ship, said it would be the “safest cruise ship in the world”. Palmer refused to answer questions about the project's cost. Although the Titanic was the world's largest ship in her time, she would be smaller than many of today's modern cruise ships. “It’s not about the money,” Palmer said. “I've got enough money for it. I think that’s all that matters.” Forbes estimated Palmer's net worth to be $795 million in 2012.He describes himself as a billionaire.
