【摘要】Objective To establish the method for Determinate of Malol of Sanjiancaohetangshanzapian by HPLC.Methods The content of Malol was Determinated by HPLC. A phenomenex Kinete x2.6u XB-C18 100A(100 mmí4.6 mm ,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (68 :32). The flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1 The column temperature was 40℃,chlorogenic acid and Ammonium The waveleng detection were at 210nm.Results The negative sample had no interference.The linear regression for Malol Was obtained over the range of 13.5~53.9ng (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.3%,RSD=0.9 (n=9).Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible and repeatable, and can be used for the quality supervisory of Sanjiancaohetangshanzapian.%目的:建立山楂片中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定熊果酸。色谱柱院phenomenex Kinete x2.6u XB-C18100A柱(100 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相院以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长院210nm,柱温40℃。结果阴性对照无干扰,熊果酸在13.5~53.9ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=0.9(n=9),该法操作简便,方法稳定,专属性强,可作为三箭草和堂山楂含片的质量控制方法。
