跨境电子商务下高校国际贸易专业教学改革 互联网迅速发展的今天，电子商务迅速崛起，跨境电商的发展给我国疲软的国际贸易经济带来了新的生机。但是伴随着跨境电商的迅速发展，配套设施的短缺严重阻碍了其发展，跨境电商人才的短缺就是其中之一。而高校作为为跨境电商企业输出人才的重要渠道，在其国际贸易专业教学还存在许多问题。从此角度出发，通过研究跨境电商企业亟需的人才类型，提出在跨境电商背景下，高校如何与时俱进，切合企业实际需求做出相应的教学改革的建议。 标签：跨境电商；人才；教学改革 1跨境电商的迅速崛起 随着“一带一路”战略的不断深入，我国外贸进出口总值同比增长明显，中小外贸企业也迎来了新一轮的黄金发展期。同时在电子商务蓬勃发展的今天，我国实时推出了“互联网+外贸”战略，吸引着各个外贸企业向跨境电商方面转型发展。数据显示，2016年我国跨境电商交易规模达到6.7万亿元，同比增长241%。2017年上半年这一数据已达到3.6万亿元，继续保持着高速增长。跨境电商已经成为推动我国外贸发展的新的经济增长点。 2跨境电商人才需求旺盛 与跨境电商的高速增长形成鲜明对比的是，跨境电商人才严重缺乏。据《全国跨境电子商务产业发展与人才培养报告》显示，目前，我国跨境电商平台企业超过5000家，境内通过各类平台开展跨境电子商务的企业已超过20万家。截止到2016年12月，中国电子商务服务企业直接从业人员超过305万人，由电子商务间接带动的就业人数，已超过2240万人。自2013年以来，跨境电子商务人才需求数量呈不断增长趋势，从2013年增长约17%到2016年的38%，预计2017年这一数字将增加至39%。而跨境电商作为新兴行业，全国少有院校开设对口专业，企业每年主要从国际贸易、电子商务、外语以及国际商务专业等相关专业毕业生中进行招聘，但这些毕业生的实际操作能力不强，很难马上上手，都需要企业再培训才能上岗，这样不仅增加了企业成本，而且培训过的员工又存在跳槽的风险，企业最终不一定能留住人才。同时，跨境电商对从业者的实践性要求很强，而这正是现在的大部分毕业生所缺乏的，很难满足企业真正的需求。种种供需矛盾凸现，这就要求政府企业学校一起共同努力制定出一套切实可行的人才培养方案来破解跨境电商人才短缺的难题。那么，跨境电商企业需要什么类型的人才呢？ 3跨境电商人才需求类型 朱超才（2016）通过对跨境电商岗位结构分析，概括出了跨境电商“六大”经典工作岗位类型及各岗位能力要求，提出了跨境电商企业人才层次结构的三种类型：初级人才，即工具型人才；中级人才，即商务型人才；高级人才，即战略
