每种文化都有其肢体语言,孩子们在学习语言时也开始理解和学习肢体语言所表达的意思。例如,法国人讲话、做手势就像个法国人,而英国男子和美国男子翘腿的样子就不一样。同样也能有趣地看到,美国人讲完一句话时可能会低一下头或垂一下手,还可能垂一下眼帘。他们问完一个问题会抬一下手,或昂起下巴,或睁大眼睛。
