1.在看到来电显示如+19...等的电话时,第一时间准备好纸笔,方便记录.(这个是避免手忙脚乱)。

2.接听后,礼貌的问候"HELLO",然后通常他会首先说他要找谁,你听到你的名字就说"This is xxx

speaking."(礼节性问候,表示出亲切友好,并确认他没找错人)。

3.接下来他会连续性的讲他要讲的话,这个时候很可能你没有思想准备或者尚未进入状态.那么你最好

将他引导按照你的提问方式来回答,而不是叙述.你可以等他讲完一句时马上插进去说:"Excuse me, who is that speaking?"他会回答你名字,你记下来,然后问他"Where are you from,please?"知道他是哪国人.然后问他"What is the matter with you?"然后他会说关于哪方面的,通常打电话过来的都是最近和你电邮联系过的,极少是新客人.如果名字和国家你能想起或者马上在邮箱查找出是和你联系过的,你就能马上知道他会讲哪方面问题啦,如果想不起来,那就听他讲一下是关于哪个问题的,如果你听到了,但是不太明白讲的什么,你重复他的话给他听,那他会对你说的表示出"Yes"或"No"然后你再继续提问.(为找到这个人联系的相关邮件来了解他可能要讲的内容,以及引导他按照你的思路谈下去)。

4.在你判断出你是否能够了解他说的,如果可以继续,如果不可以你就说"我了解您讲的,但是请你再

发一封邮件确认一下"I understand what you said, but could you send an email to me to confirm, please?"

然后问他是否知道邮箱地址,不知道你就告诉他,请他发过来.(这个其实也是不懂装一下懂,如果你听不懂不要不停的说No, I don't know.或否定的词,你就听,然后要求他发邮件.目的当然是邮件能够看得更清楚他要表达的,也是避免客人流失)。

5.如果通过国名人名没找到相关邮件,问一句他是否先前有发过邮件给你"Have you sent the email to

me before?"然后注意听"YES"还是"NO"(这个是方便查找,即使当时没找到,现在找到他的邮件也不迟,回复时不要忘记加上一句"Thanks for your calling.")。

6.最后要说上一句Glad to speak with you. Good-bye!(最后是礼节性的了)。

讲话中,要注意的问题:

1.你不要自己心里有包袱,认为自己英语不好,从而没办法认真听对方讲的.(反正英语是不好,你就

当是听不懂,能听一个是一个,就算全听不懂没人知道这通电话对吧)。

2.你的语速很重要,你最好一个词一个词吐出来,一是方便对方听二是他会有意识的将语速放慢。

3.以上的用词都很简单,但是自己大脑要有一定的条理。

向国外客户打电话的最佳时间

这是我自己整理的一个时间表,主要排序依据是当地的作息时间,一般我选的是客户当地时间上午9:30--11:30左右,这个时候应该是最佳时间。

8:00 美国的西部地区,如洛杉矶、西雅图、旧金山。以及加拿大的温哥华

(这个时间是当地快下班的时间,只能打电话,发邮件效果不佳,和下午发没差别) 9:00 及以后2小时日本,韩国

10:00 及以后2小时东南亚部分地区(马来西亚、印尼、越南、泰国、柬埔寨) 12:00 及以后2小时印度、尼泊尔、孟加拉

13:00 及以后2小时巴基斯坦

14:00 及以后2小时阿联酋

14:30 及以后2小时伊朗、科威特

15:00 及以后2小时沙特阿拉伯、俄罗斯莫斯科附近地区

16:00 及以后2小时以色列、土耳其、乌克兰、罗马尼亚、希腊、芬兰、南非、保加利亚

17:00 及以后2小时匈牙利、奥地利、瑞典、克罗地亚、捷克、德国、瑞士、荷兰、比利时、阿尔及利亚、尼日利亚、法国、西班牙

跟国外客户打电话技巧

用电话同外商交谈时,由于只能听到对方的声音而看不到对方的表情或姿态。因此,要想结束同他们的电话交谈,事先记住一些惯用的表达辞句,就显得极为重要的。大致分为以下几种情况:

1、如果打电话的人非常熟悉,可以说一句来结束通话。

Is there anything else I can do for you?

( 还有什么我可以帮忙的吗?

2、如果你认识对方家人不太熟悉的话,不妨加上这样的问候:

Say hello to your folks. ( 请代向你家人问安。 ) 这样会增进彼此的情谊。

3、如果你答应给别人传话,可以说:

Then I’ll make sure he gets your message.

( 我一定会转达您的话。 );

4、如果接待的是你的客户,也可以使用一些惯用的客套话,比如:

Thank you for calling

( 谢谢您打电话来。 )

Nice talking to you.

1. ABC corporation. May I help you? ABC 公司, 我能帮你什么吗? 这句话算是制式的讲法. 一般接起电话的人通常会先报公司的名字“ABC corporation“, 然后再说, “May I help you?“ 或是如果要更客气一点的话则可以说“How can I help you?“ (我该怎么帮你?), 因为这样的问法表示我‘该’怎么帮你, 而非我‘需不需要’帮你? 但基本上“May I help you?“ 跟“How can I help you?“ 都很常见就是了. 不过如果是机器接的电话, 则听到的多半是这样, “Thanks for calling ABC corporation, if you know your party’s last name or extention, press 1. If you want to recieve information or publication, press 2. If you want to talk to the operator, press pound sign or remain on the line.“ (感谢你打电话到ABC 来, 如果你知道你要找的人的姓或是分机号码, 请按1, 如果是想要本公司的简介或出版品, 请按2, 如果是要找总机, 请按#, 或是请别挂断. 2. And you are? 你是? 如果人家打电话来是要找你的上司, “May I talk to your manager?“ (我能不能跟你们经理讲话?) 这时你总不能糊里糊涂地就把电话拿给经理说, 说不定人家是打电话来跟你经理勒索一百万的呢! 所以通常我们一定要先确定打电话来的是谁. 最客气的问法是, “Whom I am speaking with?“ 或是“Whom am I talking to?“ (我正在跟谁讲话呢?) 但是人家一听是像我这种小毛头打电话找他们经理, 他们就会用比较口语的说法, “And you are?“ (你是?) 如果人家这样问我, 我就可以答, “This is Benlin.“ 像是“And you are?“ 这么口语的英文书上大概学不到, 但这却是老美天天在用的句子, 只怕你学了之后还不敢用. 其实真的不用怕. 越简单的句子老美越听得懂. 而且事实上“And you are?“ 这句话还有许多适用的场合, 例如在公司的接待处(reception). 来访的客人如果说, “I’m looking for Mr. Wolf.“ (我要找伍夫先生) 接待小姐就可以反问他, “And you are?“ (你是?) 所以像这种简单又好用的句子大家一定要记起来喔! 3. I’ll put her on the phone. Just a second. 我会请她听电话, 请等一下.
