催化剂工业侧线研究

摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备新型Cu 基己二酸二甲酯加氢制1,6-己二醇催化剂,在工业侧线试验装置上,考察入口温度二反应压力二氢酯物质的量比和液相空速等工艺条件的影响,完成1000h 稳定性试验三结果表明,在入口温度210?二反应压力?5.0MPa 二空速(0.1~0.2)h -1和氢酯物质的量比?170条件下,己二酸二甲酯转化率大于99%,1,6-己二醇选择性97%,催化剂性能稳定,显示了良好的工业应用前景三

Abstract :New Cu -based catalyst for hydrogenation of dimethyl adipate to 1,6-hexanediol was pre-pared by co -precipitation method.Effects of inlet temperature,reaction pressure,mole ratio of H 2to ester and liquid phase space velocity on catalytic performance were examined on industrial side -line plant for dimethyl adipate hydrogenation.Meanwhile,stability test was carried for 1000h.The results showed that dimethyl adipate conversion was higher than 99%and 1,6-HDO selectivity was 97%,respectively,un-der the operation conditions of inlet temperature 210?,reaction pressure?5.0MPa,liquid phase space velocity (0.1~0.2)h -1and mole ratio of H 2/ester?170.The catalyst posed good stability and showed predictable industrial application prospect.
